V této práci se snažím najít a popsat konkrétní znaky interpretační tradice Novosvětské symfonie v podání České filharmonie. K tomu jsem zvolila kombinaci dvou metod - metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů spolu s analýzou notového a zvukového materiálu. Polo-strukturované rozhovory jsem vedla celkem s dvanácti hráči filharmonie, kteří jsou různé věkové kategorie od dvaceti do sto let, různého nástrojového obsazení. Největší váhu v mé práci mají samotné výsledky z rozhovorů a společného poslechu s respondenty. Z rozhovorů pak vyplývají obecné rysy, kterými filharmonici svou interpretaci popisují, a které na ní, podle nich, mají vliv. Analýza odkrývá konkrétní místa v symfonii, která ve spojení s výpověďmi respondentů potvrzují jejich, tj. česko-filharmonické tradiční zpracování. Ačkoli se v rozhovorech setkávám s rozpolceným pohledem na interpretační tradici, výsledky ukazují na pozitivní zjištění, že určité rysy v interpretaci Novosvětské symfonie stále mezi filharmoniky platí a díky nim byli schopni z řady nahrávek poznat právě svou. Skrze jaké znaky filharmonici poznali právě svou nahrávku, se snažím v práci zjistit a na konkrétních případech demonstrovat. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) In this paper I examine and describe concrete features of performance tradition in the Czech philharmonic orchestra in case of Dvořák's "New World"Symphony. This research is based on field research while the main authority sustains in semi-structured interviews held with twelve members of the Czech philharmonic orchestra, different ages and instruments. Interviews are supported by analysis research of notes and selected discography in range of sixty years. The outcome of interviews reveals general qualities in performance which are thought as traditional and intrinsic as what is changing it. Although the view on traditional performance in the Czech philharmonic orchestra is not understand agreeably, result point out specific attributes through which the members recognized their own audio recording with. These attributes I try to explain and describe on concrete musical passages in "New World" Symphony on which I suggest the unique performance tradition carrying in the Czech philharmonic orchestra.
