Java EE Organizer
Palát, Pavel ; Martinek, David (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deal with Java EE technologies and various subtechnologies of Java EE platform. This work is based on experience designing Java EE aplication network organizer with focus on technologies like DB connectivity (JPA, TopLink JPA), network enabled enterprise application design, remote accessing of bussiness logic in Java EE and security of the system as whole. Primary technologies used are Java EE 5 (core platform), Glassfish (application server), Firebird (database) and TopLink (ORM manager).
Algorithms for Movement Control of Bipedal Robot
Pokorný, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This thesis is focused on using softcomputing method for learning bipedal robot to walk. Robot is represented by virtual model. At the beginning are the motivation and reasons for processing this theme. Next is devised shape of the robot which will be used. Then are selected libraries used by simulation. Further is devised system of robot learning algorithms. The most important of them is SOMA which is therefore described more. Due to assumed computational complexity is part of thesis focused on optimalization and simplification. One chapter focuses on measurement of quality of solution approximation. At the end there is an evaluation of thesis results.
Logging of Transmitted Data in Routers
Kislinger, Pavel ; Čejka, Rudolf (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
Transmitted data logging in routers is the main point of this semestral project. The suggestion of a system for data flows logging in routers and selection of suitable technology, that is used by implementation of the system within this thesis, is based on this analysis. In the thesis, a law responsibility of router administrator for transmitting data is analysed. In the next part, a general introduction to issue of data logging in computer networks including basic description of protocols and fundamentals of standard communication models is presented. Analysis of real enviroment is following. Suggestion and implementation of the system is described too. In the last part a reached results of this thesis are revealed.
C Language Interactive Interpreter
Blažek, Martin ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with implementation of ISO C99 language interpreter. The goal of this thesis is to provide support of education in C language programming and fast algorithm prototyping. It enables students to create own C programs and to experiment with language constructions without compiling. User interface includes editor and simple debugger. The interpreter is implemented in a novel grammar development environment written in Java language - ANTLRWorks which includes ANTLR language tool.
Artificial Life Simulator
Popek, Miloš ; Grulich, Lukáš (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
Area of artificial life is very extensive. Simulations with reactive agents are the target of this work. Simulator of artificial life and language for definition agent's behavior are described in this work. Porposals a results of simulation made are described in this work.
Visual Simulator of General Neural Networks
Herman, David ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a general library of neural networks. Another subject is the implementation of a visual simulator, which would represent graphically, in a suitable manner, the algorithm of learning and the active dynamics of the network, in separate steps. This application also has to be platform independent.
Compiling Service
Tínes, Lukáš ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This thesis describes design and implementation of Linux daemon which enables remote compiling of source files via web interface. Application creates binary files from sources using GNU make as a build platform in common and controlled environment. Implementation includes team support, planning and flexible configuration options. In the end, it enables users to compile without the need of having a shell access to server or any kind of direct access.
Solving of Optimisation Tasks Inspired by Living Organisms
Popek, Miloš ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
We meet with solving of optimization problems every day, when we try to do our tasks in the best way. An Ant Colony Optimization is an algorithm inspired by behavior of ants seeking a source of food. The Ant Colony Optimization is successfuly using on optimization tasks, on which is not possible to use a classical optimization methods. A Genetic Algorithm is inspired by transmision of a genetic information during crossover. The Genetic Algorithm is used for solving optimization tasks like the ACO algorithm. The result of my master's thesis is created simulator for solving choosen optimization tasks by the ACO algorithm and the Genetic Algorithm and a comparison of gained results on implemented tasks.
Corruption rate and economic performance
Martínek, David ; Soukupová, Jana (advisor) ; Pavelka, Tomáš (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with analysis of corruption and its influence on the economic performance of country. The aim of this thesis is to describe the concept of corruption and the consequences of this phenomenon. The first section is theoretical and includes definition of corruption, its causes, consequences and description of ways how to measure corruption. The practical part contains comparison of corruption rate and selected macroeconomic indicators in selected countries of European Union. Its purpose is to confirm or disprove hypothesis about negative influence of corruption on the economic performance of selected countries.
Implementation of the BEDAUX System in a chosen Firm
Martínek, David ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor) ; Štraus, Pavel (referee)
The thesis is about implementation of Bedaux's system at company Laufen CZ, and its influence of company even from work productivity and cost viewpoints. In first part the Bedeux's system is teoretically described as base for practical part of the thesis. In practical part is described and later evaluated the process of implementation with the results even for workers and company. By using these results from practical part the recommendations are introduced to improve Bedeux's system in company. In final part the thesis is evaluated as complex.
