The diploma thesis deals with the topic "Analysis of talent management in a selected organization", while the research took place in the company Karma, s.r.o. The aim of the work is to identify talent management in this company with the determination of recommended steps to improve the current situation, respectively. elimination of deficiencies. Due to the fact that this company providing communication and information services focuses on IT specialists, the connection of talent management in this company is crucial, among other things, in connection with the current state of the labor market and the current shortage of IT specialists. The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. The thesis deals with one of the most important areas of education, namely further education. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. The work also brings information about the possibilities of education and development of people in organizations, it deals with the importance of company education. The need for strategic and systematic staff training is highlighted. The work describes individual methods of education, both in the workplace and outside the workplace. A separate chapter focuses on personal fitness trainer, its characteristics, professional competencies and selected forms of coaching education. Headmaster's competency at secondary technical schools with technical focus

The diploma thesis deals with the current topic of headmaster's competence at secondary vocational schools, technically oriented. The thesis is based on the general theory of competencies and competency models. It aims to identify the headmaster's competencies at the technical vocational school in Prague and based on these findings create the competence model. On the basis of the literature search, a research was carried out, its purpose was to find out what competences the those people possess, i.e. to identify these competencies and to compile a competence model. The questionnaire survey technique was used as the first, data collection technique. Within the questionnaire survey, all headmasters and deputy headmasters were approached at 15 secondary technical schools in Prague. The third group of respondents was consisted of the founder of these schools. Through the questionnaire survey, we determined the importance of individual competencies. The second used technique was a semi-structured interview with selected representatives of respondent groups (headmasters and deputy headmasters). The interview was used to verify observable formulations that are part of the competency model. Management of training courses of technical staff in an out-of-school organization

This thesis focuses on creating a draft proposal for the qualification paths for two specific technical professions in accordance to the modern and increasingly popular trends in e-learning methods. The draft proposal deals specifically with the new structure of the qualification paths and compares the ways in which the qualification paths are managed within the scope of technical personnel training performed by the extra-curricular department of After Sales Training. This department provides training to importer delegates and the Czech dealer network. The comparison study focuses on the currently used structure of fixed learning/qualification paths performed mainly in the form of presence training (which joins profession-specific training with general and shared basic content), and on the newly prepared training concept consisting of an individual and personalised training plan based on personal preferences and knowledge levels, which is completed by a final knowledge test. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to propose a new structure of personnel training for two professions which is to be delivered in an extra-curricular training organisation.
