The Marketing Mix Proposal for the Company

The bachelor paper analyses a current status of marketing mix for a particular company product. A demand for the product has recently decreased. The paper presents a cause of this undesirable situation through the mediation of a questionnaire survey. Based on found deficiencies it also suggests an optimum marketing mix leading to an increase of demand for a product.

This bachelor’s thesis presents a marketing strategy proposal for the company Monekon spol. s r.o. dealing in accountancy and tax consultancy. It is aimed at improvement company competition through introducing new services. The first part of this work is focused on summary of basic theoretical knowledge concerning this problem. The other part contains an analysis of company surroundings and possible solutions based on it. Suggestions suitable for implementation are recommended upon questionnaire survey and calculations.

This diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for starting the new hairdresser‘s and beauty studio. The appropriate strategies and tools will be determined on the basis of the analysis of external, industrial, internal environment and marketing research which make studio to undertake their activities, meet the customer’s needs and profit. Feasebility and competetivness of the business evalution are parts of this thesis.

The master thesis deals with the proposal of marketing communication for selected business activities of the company TKTD s.r.o., which are car wash, tire and car services. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part includes theoretical knowledge relevant to marketing and marketing communication. The second one focuses on the company situation analysis, company´s general and sector environment analysis. The last part includes concrete final proposals and procedures based on results of analyses, which should contribute and improve the company´s current situation on the local market.
