Vysvětlení důvodů navrhovaných změn náhledu na výběr talentů na základě praktických zkušeností práce s talentovanou mládeží. The Use of Fuzzy Logic for the Evaluation of Supply Risk

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the main suppliers of company MERTASTAV Ltd. and deals with the determination their risk level of cooperation. The aims of this thesis are design and create the model for effective evaluation of suppliers. During the creation of a mentioned model is used principles of fuzzy logics and the final model is processed in MS Excel and MATLAB. The result of this thesis is the clear instrument which is easy to use and also accelerates and improves selection of suppliers for the company.

Včelařství v ekologickém zemědělství

The bachelor´s thesis deals with beekeeping in the Czech Republic. It compares conventional and organic beekeeping. The aim is to inform about the demands and conditions, which are needed to run organic beekeeping according to the applicable legislation. The work deals with the knowledge of bees´ life, their origin, history and importance. Furthermore, it is dedicated to the structure of bee community, and describes the work of the beekeeper during the entire year. The text that follows up the bee diseases and pest is an important part of the work. There are also mentioned requirements for obtaining the certification for organic products, i.e. organic honey and wax from organic farm. Some specific examples are used to compare conditions and the results of two farms in organic and conventional mode for the period from 2010 to 2015. The average honey production in conventional beekeeping ranged from 20.86 kg to 26.21 kg of honey per hive, in organic beekeeping the average production was from 9.16 kg to 11.54 kg of organic honey. The cause of lower production of organic honey is the legislative measures, which require keeping of about 2/3 of honey as a resource for wintering the hives. The average price of organic honey was 250 CZK oppose to honey with an average exercise price of 150 CZK.

Technical Analysis

The subject of my thesis is technical analysis - creation of an investment strategies. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background relating to technical analysis and indicators. The practical part map the current situation in the environment of investing in forex - comparing brokers, choice of platform, etc. The solution contains a description of the investment strategies that have been programmed in Meta Quotes Language 4 and tested and optimized using genetic algorithms in platform MetaTrader 4. In my thesis is also calculated the interdependence of investment strategies.

Current distribution on linear antennas

Bachelor’s thesis of Current distribution on linear antennas is concerned about possibilities of measuring current distribution on antenna. There is also close peak on measuring principles with help of measuring loop. Current in the loop is inducted in continual proportion to magnetic induction, which is inducted by the current distributed on antenna conductor in proximity of measuring loop. There are also described important parameters of antenna, which can be got from current distribution. This thesis discusses about the method of measure with the sonde in more detail. The expanded program DISTRIB helps to process measured values. This program is modified specially for short and long antennas. There is enclosed the projected submission of laboratory exercise, an exemplary protocol and sinusoidal regression calculation, which is used by the computer program.

Speed and position measurement using optical and electromagnetic methods

The project compares and describes the characteristics of optical and electromagnetic methods, used for measuring the object’s velocity. Some of these are used at the ballistic laboratory of PROTOTYPA, a.s. company. The rest is mentioned in order to increase the range of the project and are not engaged by the company. The practical part involves measuring and processing the magnetic fields of various appliances. There is a method and appliance designed to process the link between flying object and sensor.

Difficulties in selection and implementation of information systems with the intention of ERP systems for small and middle-size companies. This study is based on real experience with repeated process of implementation of different ERP systems. The target of this study is to describe individual problems, which can be found in process of selection and implementation ERP. Practical part is concerned on problems of real company based on two existing projects. Identify real problems which may cause losses. Value of this study is in summary of important mistakes, which can be helpful for other implementation projects.

Approaches to the enterprise information systems innovation

The thesis deals with problems of the IS/ICT innovation strategic management in the surroundings of the Czech Republic and participates in solutions to the three-year research project GA201/08/663 -- Information systems innovation to support competitiveness of enterprises. This project has been realized at the Faculty of Information Science and Statistics at the University of Economics, Prague in support of the Czech Science Foundation since 1st January 2008. Thesis sequence to the project consists in filling of particular priorities defined for 1st year of research. Of course this fact represents determining aspect of thesis main goals definition. Firstly, carry out a research on actual level of information systems in Czech enterprises forcefully into the IS/ICT innovation. Secondly, set up working paper for presentation of continuous outcomes after the introductory phase by appearances at scientific conferences, by articles in scientific papers and by findings'publication at a website of the Czech Society for System Integration. Structure of the thesis, which consists of a theoretical and a practical part, specifies methods of goals'filling. The theoretical part represents introduction to problems -- it covers identification of key elements influencing IS/ICT innovation in surrounding of the modern knowledge economy, IS/ICT innovation classification and detailed statement of IS/ICT innovation management process, which is based on methods of strategic management process in general. The practical part gives attention to questionnaire research -- structure of the questionnaire, research methodology and answer evaluation. Contribution of the thesis, together with filling of particular goals of the research project GA201/08/663 -- Information systems innovation to support competitiveness of enterprises, consists in multidimensional view of the specific problems. IS/ICT innovation is seen not only from an enterprise informatics point of view, but also from an entire enterprise angle when economic aspect is also taken into account. This approach accents support task of informatics -- the IS/ICT contribute to the filling of enterprise's goals.
