Economics Efficiency of Thermodynamic Heating
Balga, František ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Luňáček, Jiří (advisor)
This master thesis intents on analysing of economic efficiency of the investment project. Theoretical part of the thesis describes particular periods of the investment decision, what compromise a definition of more types of investments, investment projects and their classification. At the practical part of this thesis is applied the theoretical knowledge to evaluation of the planned investment, then is analysed the most profitable of the evaluated alternates and the last step is to propound next measure for the succesful realization of the project.
Equivalent circuit realizations of the simple chaotic oscillators
Kobza, Jaromír ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this paper is to introduce with basic theory the problems encountered when considering the circuit implementation of autonomous RC chaotic oscillator with nonlinearity. All oscillator prototypes are based on one type of universal oscillator circuit. This circuit is able to generate a lot of attractors on condition of different entrance parameters. The design is based on a mathematical simulation, which includes the generation of electronic circuit values. The work is focused the transformation of these values to operational circuit configuration and simulation in a circuit simulator. The final task is to acquire chaotic attractors. Oscilloscope and spectrum analyser photos will verify the operation.
All-pass filters based on modern functional blocks
Horák, Ondřej ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
The present thesis is focused on all pass filters. The principle of all pass filters, their properties, the design of nth degree of these circuits will be analysed in succession and then some of functional blocks, by which these structures can be made, will be described. After that, the allpass filters will be designed and simulated in program OrCAD PSpice. First of all, the analysis will be performed with ideal components, then with real components. After that, the sensitivity and tolerance analysis will be made and the influence of parasite effects on circuit parameters will be examined. Once the experiments are finished, the design of Printed Circuit Board's (PCB) will be realized. Circuit showing the best parameters will be chosen for the design.
Active electrical filters based on switched-capacitor circuits
Třeček, Stanislav ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis deals with concept of universal frequency filter by application of a switched-capacitor functional block. The concept is based on the theory of switched-capacitor circuits and the theory of a design of classical frequency filters. The printed circuit board was designed based on the filter connection developed by using a software Eagle. The filter was implemented as a laboratory product. This product has been revitalized and the frequency response of all types of filters has been measured. The measured parameters were compared with the parameters set out in the technical documentation of functional block.
Multifunctional tuned active filter
Šotner, Roman ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals about design of the ARC multifunctional filters using modern functional blocks. These active blocks are for example voltage feedback operational amplifiers (OAs), operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs), current conveyors (CCIIs) or current mode analog multipliers, current feedback amplifiers (CFAs), integrated circuits with switched capacitors building blocks (SCs) and digital potentiometers. The filters are studied with ideal circuit models and models of third level (3) based on voltage controlled voltage sources, voltage controlled current sources etc. (analog behavioral modelling). The professional macromodels are used for example LT 1364 (Linear Technology), EL 2045 (Intersil), LT 1228 (Linear Technology), LM 13700 (National Semiconductor), EL 2082 (Intersil), AD 844 (Analog Devices) and others. The circuits of the designed filters are simulated in PSpice (OrCAD), parasite effects and effects of the real parts are studied. Tuning and electronic adjusting parameters these filters are discussed and controlled by simulation in PSpice. Properties some simulated circuits are compare with experimental results. In conclusion individual filters are discussed and compared their properties. The constructional details of the some filters are presented at the end of this work.
Oscillators RC for higher frequency range
Polách, Petr ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with RC oscillators applicable in higher frequency ranges with the use of modern active elements. For individual function blocks (conveyor, current feedback amplifier, operational transconductance amplifier, voltage feedback amplifier) suitable models are suggested for the circuit simulator PSpice covering their characteristics on various levels, from an ideal one up to the full description of parasitic effects. On the basis of the study of recommended literature and company documentation various oscillator connections of the ranks 2 and 3 are suggested. By analysis through computer (PSpice, SNAP) the fulfilment of oscillation conditions, onset of oscillations were verified and by means of suitable simulations the effects of the impact on the parasitic characteristics of active elements was examined. Finally there are two oscillator connections stated and verified by simulations with the possibility of electronic retuning.
Voltage and current integrators based on modern functional blocks and their application in filters
Šimůnek, Martin ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was utilization of current integrator and voltage integrator along with construction of active filters. In this project are discribed universal filters, which were proposed on the basis of signal flow graphs. In this paper are presented five multifunctional sixth-order filters, which are used in modern functional blocks, for example operational amplifiers (OPA), transconductors (OTA) and current conveyors (CCII+,CCII-). From the mentioned operation amplifiers and the well-known capacitor are created integrators, which the multifunctional sixth-order filter is designed from based on cascade sorting. The aim of this paper is to compare particular types of suggested solutions and to verify the possibility of practical use of these filters with following simulations.
Sensitivity analysis in distributed-parameter systems
Kapusta, Ján ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to familiarize with calculation of modified nodal analysis and its application in distributed-parameter systems. Realize evaluation of sensitivities with respect to a primary parameters R0,L0,C0,G0 and length l of transmission line. Then apply this technique on example in Matlab language using graphical user interface GUIDE. Selected technique is accelerated method based on efficient computation of matrix exponential function. The results are sensitivities of circuit values with respect to a primary parameters R0,L0,C0,G0 and length l of transmission line.
