German hyperinflation after World War I., its development and causes

This thesis deals with German hyperinflation, which culminated in 1923. Some aspects of prior-war monetary and fiscal policy are mentioned in the introduction. The main subject of this thesis is focused on war economy and after-war period, identification of structural changes in the economy, which happened during this period, and it measures factors, which might directly or indirectly, caused inflations' origins. The goal of this thesis is analysis of impacts of governmental financial politics, analysis of influence of external factors and historical facts. German economy faced these historical facts and they subsequently influenced governmental politics during the whole period from the beginning of war till the end of hyperinflation and monetary reform in 1923. From the general view over the contemporary historical consequences and decisions of German government I am trying to identify direct and indirect causes of inflation and hyperinflation.

Daňové systémy, daňová politika České republiky z pohledu zaměstnance

Práce se zabývá daňovými systémy se zaměřením na daň z příjmů fyzických osob. V teoretické části vysvětluje základní pojmy z oblasti daní, uvádí požadavky na daňový systém a daně podle stupně progrese. V aplikační části blíže popisuje progresivní a rovnou daň a porovnává zdanění práce v některých zemích. Dále analyzuje současnou situaci v oblasti osobní důchodové daně v Česku a nastiňuje její budoucí vývoj. V závěru hodnotí rovnou daň.

Kniha ?Černá kniha komunismu: zločiny, teror, represe? je pokusem o zachycení zločinného charakteru komunistického režimu. Kolektiv jedenácti historiků popisuje události uskutečněné ve jménu komunistické ideologie v letech 1917-1991, které zasáhly takřka všechny světové kontinenty. V rámci své bakalářské práce představím hlavní teze autorů této knihy. Nebudu dokazovat jejich historickou pravdivost, ale zaměřím se na jejich společenskou reflexi. Na základě analýzy publicistických článku otištěných v českých periodicích z let 1997-2000 charakterizuji diskuzi, jež v České republice vydáním ?Černé knihy komunismu? vyvstala. Ve spojitosti s touto diskuzí nastíním v závěru stav české společnosti ve vztahu k vyrovnání se s komunistickou minulostí.

Iranian society, policy and economy in years 1980-1988

This work analyses social, political and mainly economic development of Iran in the 1980s. I will primarily focus on the Shi'ite Islam which controlled all the Iranian society at that time, headed by clerical leader ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. However, the most important event was the Iran-Iraq war which ruined the Iranian economy. This war influenced both Islamic Republic of Iran and The Middle East and its relationship with the West, particularly with the United States. So I will analyze the 1980s in Iran also in connection with foreign relations where the oil and the armament industry played an important role.

These following pages should approximate one of the most important events of last century, the great depression which last almost five years. Firstly, I would focus on causes of the crash on Wall Street stock market and on changes of economic thinking. Thereinafter I would like to elicit if is possible to learn from this event, which have striked almost the whole world, to not repeat this similar tragedy. This text should clear up also why governance, bankers and economists made some fundamental decisions.

Travelling as alternative spending leisure time at 1960s in Czechoslovakia

Bachelor thesis contains description of basic changes in society in Czechoslovakia at 1960s, which dramatically influenced leisure time of population. It is focused on travelling in Czechoslovakia with support only trade union -- Revolutionary trade movement. It analysis three main types of trade recreation, which were "selected centrally planned recreation", "business recreation" and "pioneer recreation". The aim of my thesis was discover, how people spent their leisure time on holidays, mainly at recreations and why these recreations had a big success. Mainly bargain price and quite hight quality of these recreations with big expansion among employees ensure big popularity of organised recreation, cognitive and stay trips also in these days.

Podpora poľnohospodárstva v období New Dealu

Vo svojej bakalárskej práci som sa rozhodla zamerať na americký plán obnovy ekonomiky New Deal. Dnes sme schopní podať o tomto kontroverznom pláne základné informácie, menej sa ale už vie o jeho konkrétnych programoch týkajúcich sa jednotlivých oblastí ekonomiky. Jednou z týchto oblastí bolo i poľnohospodárstvo, upadajúce dôsledkom agrárnej krízy z konca dvadsiatych rokov minulého storočia. Vo svojej práci sa sústredím na bližšiu charakteristiku agrárnej krízy spolu s jej dopadmi na americké hospodárstvo. Bude ma zaujímať, či kríza v poľnohospodárstve bola natoľko závažná, aby si jej riešenie vyžiadalo zásahy štátu v podobe prijatia samostatných zákonov, akým bol napríklad Agricultural Adjustment Act z roku 1933. Zameriam sa na podrobnejšiu analýzu Agricultural Adjustment Act a jeho dopadov na ekonomiku. Rovnako sa pokúsim zodpovedať otázku, prečo bol tento zákon označený za protiústavný a nakoniec zrušený.

A position and a sway of the Cummunist party of Czechoslovakia after the year 1945

Anotation This bachelors' essay deals with a position of the Communist party of Czechoslovakia after the Second Worl War. A concentration on the role of KSČ after the occupation is important for a analysis of a result of the first election afetr the war, which the communist party won. The ground of the essay is detailed description of reasons and arguments, which contributed to communist party to attract new voters and then to win the election in 1946. A crucial year is the year 1945, during which KSČ create a strong position on political stage and a significant sway in nationals. In the same time communist party is successful in pressing of intentions and plans, which help it to obtain a power dominance in the country and to create convenient preconditions for a communists' triumphal February 1948.
