Title: Sports event management: Mayor's Lax Cup 2015 Objectives: Analysis of 4th annual Mayor's Lax Cup, organized by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město. Subsequent suggestions for improvement in next years. Methods: Survey uses case study as a method. Data is collected through participant observation, documents analysis, and semi-structured interview. Conducting of SWOT analysis based on collected data. Results: Mayor's Lax Cup is a promising sports event with plenty of room for improvement. Based on these imperfections I made a list of suggestions and proposals for next years. Comparison of spectator satisfaction in different levels of tennis tournaments in the Czech Republic

Title: Comparison of spectator satisfaction in different levels of tennis tournaments in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this work was to obtain information about the satisfaction of tennis spectators at tournaments of various categories in the Czech Republic, to compare satisfaction in connection with the level of individual tennis tournaments and recommendations for organizers. Methods: The CAPI method was used to gather information with regard to viewer satisfaction, which is one of the methods of quantitative questioning and it is characterized by selection of answers using an electronic device, in this case a tablet. The Likert scale with seven points was used as a method for evaluating the results. The respondents were selected from four different tennis tournaments taking place in the Czech Republic. A total of answers were 80, 20 for each tournament. Results: The most satisfied spectators were at the 125K tournament, where they were especially interested in the first-class star who played at the tournament. For the tournament of the lowest category A, the total average value of all criteria was only 0.19 lower than for the first category, which was definitely surprising, because it is a tournament with purely Czech participation and spectator satisfaction was high. Title: Study of satisfaction of Czech beachvolleyball championship participants compared to analogous foreign tournaments Aims: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to determine satisfaction of beach volleyball players with the Czech beachvolleyball championship in Opava 2020 in comparation with foreign tournaments. Following these results recommendations and advice for improvement of the Czech beachvolleyball championship are proposed. Methodology: The main methods used in this thesis are electronic questionnaires and semi- structured interviews. Creation of the questionnaire was inspired by the SERVIMPERF method and Brady's model. The questionnaire was investigating 26 attributes overall. The data set consists of players from Czech's beach volleyball's national team. Interviews were conducted with two national team players, and the aim was primarily to add to the information obtained from the electronic questionnaires. Results: The obtained data is interpretated via graphs, mostly by cross-tab classification and tables. These data showed that the players were not content with the vast majority of investigated attributes of the 2020 Czech beachvolleyball championships. Title: The impact of hosting big softball events on its popularity in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this work is to discover whether hosting of big international events have impact on softball popularity and membership growth. Methods: In order to meet the main goal of the bachelor thesis, primary data collection was required. The research used quantitative method questioning and qualitative method in- depth interview. Information about popularity of softball and spectatorship of the events were investigated using an electronic questionnaire created on Vyplnto.cz. The research file included 232 respondents. Results: Research of this thesis discovered, that hosting big international softball events does not have impact on income of new players and people interested in softball. They come usually after trying softball. Hosting big international softball events increases the awareness of softball, rules and the quality of softball leagues in Czech republic. Title: The impact of placing parkour to the OG on the viewership of gymnastics and its popularity Objectives: The aim of this work was to find out whether the inclusion of parkour at the OG will have an impact on gymnastics viewership and its popularity. The partial goals were to find out the respondents' awareness of parkour and gymnastics and their viewership. Methods: The main goal of the bachelor's thesis required a primary data collection. The research used a quantitative method of questionnaire and could not be done without an operationalization, which was a part of the preliminary elaboration of the research procedure. The research file was selected by an available selection. The questioning was conducted in the electronic form on the Vyplnto.cz website. The research took place in May 2021 and the final research file contained 63 respondents. Results: It was found that the inclusion of parkour in the OG would affect the viewership of gymnastics and its popularity. Gymnastics are currently declining in popularity, while parkour is very popular, especially among teenagers. Title: Analysis of video content of football clubs on social networks Objectives: The aim of this work is to map, evaluate and compare work with video content of selected football clubs from the FORTUNA:LEAGUE on social networks. Then also map, evaluate and compare complex work of club on social networks. Methods: In this work was used method of content analysis of video content in combination with online monitoring of social networks and then comparison of the gain values between clubs. Methods were applied for 2 months or 1 year. Results: The work provides a complete and detail mapping of work with video content and social networks in the Czech highest football competition. It allows to detect weaknesses and strengths that allow to create sophisticated recommendations for each club in the future. Basic suggestions of recommendations were included in this work. Title: Values and motivation in youth basketball Objectives: The main goal of this work is, to use an electronic questionnaire, to find out the importance and perceived frequency of determinants of entertainment, namely for youth basketball players aged 12 to 19 years, their parents and coaches. Methods: A quantitative method was chosen for the research, in the form of a questionnaire. It was based on a previously conducted study in the field of youth sports. Specifically, it is Fun Intergration Theory, which examines the determinants of fun. Results: The most important and most common dimensions of fun are: Positive team dynamics, Positive Coaching and Trying Hard. The least important and least frequent dimension is with a big difference Style. The most important determinant Having a coach who is a positive role model. The determinant of Earning medals or trophies was the least important, which also has the lowest frequency of occurrence. There are certain patterns among the perceptions of parents, coaches and players, especially in the dimensions of Positive Coaching, Trying Hard and Game Time Support. Title: Functioning of Czech youth tennis development from the parent's viewpoint Objectives: The main goal of this work is to obtain feedback from parents regarding the quality and evaluation of satisfaction with the current functioning of development in tennis in youth categories. Another goal was to receive answers to why decide to lose tennis players when switching between individual youth categories. Methods: A quantitative method of questionnaire survey was used to obtain answers from respondents. Respondents were interviewed electronically through the contacted contact persons of selected tennis clubs dedicated to organizing tournaments for racing players in the youth categories in the past year. Another method of data collection in the framework of qualitative research was conducted through informal interviews with parents to obtain a comprehensive picture of the researched issues. Results: The survey found the satisfaction of the target group with selected aspects of tennis training that affect the functioning of the youth tennis system. Multi-level quantitative evaluation of the use of foreigners in Czech football

Title: Multi-level quantitative evaluation of the use of foreigners in Czech football Objectives: The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate how foreign soccer players influence the Czech first league football in seasons from 1993/1994 to 2019/2020, and use multilevel modeling to analyze longitudinal data to find answers to these questions: 1. Do foreign players effect attendance in Czech first soccer league? 2. Do foreigners effect the number of Czech players in the highest soccer league? A secondary goal is to find out if multilevel analysis is a suitable method to evaluate sport migration in a primary sport in a semi-periphery country. Methods: In the master's thesis multilevel analysis with longitudinal data is used to explain dependent variables which were acquired from the Czech first football league between the seasons 1993/94 and 2019/20. Results: The results of this work show that foreign players do not have an effect on attendance because the results were statistically insignificant. The number of foreign players in the Czech league is increasing on average by 0,22 players per year in one club.
