Service quality research in swimming facility for children

Title: Service quality research in swimming facility for children. Objectives: The main goal of this master's thesis is to analyze the quality of services in the swimming facility for children called Babyclub Čochtánek. Used questionnaire method is based on modified version of standardized questionnaire SERVQUAL. Marketing research results lead to the suggestions and proposals for facility management, who can improve level of offered services, gain new customers and increase satisfaction of the current ones. Methods: Marketing research consists of quantitative and qualitative methods. For interview with Babyclub clients are used written and electronic questionnaire, inspired by a standardized questionnaire SERVQUAL, which determines the quality of services from the customer's perspective. The questionnaire examined the actual perception of service quality and compared it with the respondent's expectations. The study also used a semi structured interview with the Babyclub owner, under which it is recorded in the results of an estimate by Babyclub management. The theoretical part is based on the analysis of documents. Title: Marketing communications of AC Sparta Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to analyze contemporary state of marketing communications with the audience of AC Sparta Praha, identify deficiencies and develop a proposal to improve the marketing communications with fans of this club. Methods: In this thesis have been used methods of case study, analysis of available documents and texts, structured interview with director od marketing, and director of communications and public relations of AC Sparta Praha. Results: By the analysis of marketing communications of AC Sparta Praha has been found that several projects could be added. The proposal has been followed the concept of marketing communications, because i had not been detected considerable deficiencies. Title: Business plan for the establishment of fitness club Health+Prague fit club, s.r.o. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging fitness centre in downtown of Prague and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: The first part explains important terms, structure and principles necessary on this issue by using the method of synthesis. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a new fitness club in central Prague showed that the club has the potential to thrive in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparison with direct competitors it offers comparable products at highter prices. It offers to customers a large space filled with quality training opportunities, as well as relaxation. Thesis name Strategic Development Plan of the SK Joudrs Prague Thesis objective The aim of this diploma thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the development of Joudrs Prague softball team for the period form 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2018. Methods of work A qualitative interview with the club President, a qualitative interview with the sports manager of the club, an analysis of texts and documents, the SWOT analysis, monitoring, descriptive case study Results An analytic part of the diploma thesis was built on the descriptive case study as well as on monitoring which provided an insight into the internal environment of the club and revealed the opinions of SK Joudrs Prague club members. The included SWOT analysis was developed on the basis of interviews and the dependence among the most important points was summarised in the table. The choice of the strategy resulted from the SWOT analysis. The financial analysis of the club was set up with regard to the interview with the club President and relevant documents. Title: Strategic planning in sport federation - Czech Pole & Art Sports federation Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis is to make a strategic plan for the Czech pole and art sports association by using each step of strategic planning and necessary analysis. The case study of the association should show up an unutilized potential, which could be very profitable. This would be useful for the position of the Czech pole and arts sports federation within this new sports discipline. Methods: I used a mixed research, which contains quantitative and also qualitative research, concretely a written questionnaire, an interview, an analysis of documents and a SWOT analysis. Results: Results of the analysis were the main part for the making of the strategic plan. The goals and the tasks which needs to be done are divided and shown by the time schedule of its realization in the tables. Title: Popularity of the sports media in the press and on the Internet - the sociodemographic profile of readers Target: The aim of thesis is to analyze the popularity of the media in sport. The thesis is focused on the sports media in the press and on the Internet and their development over the last few years. Own contribution of the thesis is the creation of socio-demographic profile of reader and exploring its relationship to sport. After that created profiles are compared to find similarities and differences. Methods: The research part of the thesis is based on analysis and processing of data from market research. Research is focused on sports media in print and on the internet, therefore is the final chapter of the research used the method of comparison that reveals differences and similarities of both types of media. The theoretical part of the thesis uses methods of analysis of documents. Results: The results of the thesis show us that print and online media experience different time and this is also reflected in the sports media. The print media loses popularity and their future is uncertain, on the the other side online media have experienced a sharp increase in popularity in recent years. Title: The Implementation of the Project "Neberte nám naši hru" and the Proposals to its Improvement Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is a detailed description of the project "Neberte nám naši hru" and based on the research methods which proposed changes for future years of the project. Methods: For a description of the project was used a method of observation in the role of a full member, and an analysis of documents. The parents of children were inquired by questionnaire construction to find out how they had perceived the project. To obtain expert opinions on the realization of the project and its media coverage were carried out two qualitative interviews. Results: The project "Neberte nám naši hru" is perceived by the target group very positively in terms of its main ideas and implementation. In other years can be recommended especially year-round communicate of the project ideas towards the football public in Prague. Within the year-round communication proposes the inclusion of new elements between project activities that should more attractive the project for the participants and for the media, which would contribute to increasing public awareness of the project and its ideas. Title: Research on purchasing behaviour of runners in choosing running shoes Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify and describe purchasing behaviour of runners in all the phases of choosing running shoes. Purchasing behaviour is therefore investigated in the phase before purchasing running shoes, when purchasing running shoes and after that as well. Methods: An online survey method through a specialized website Click4survey has been used to obtain the resulting data. A questionnaire consisting of 26 questions, which helped to determine the results and to achieve the objectives of this thesis, was created on this website. Results: Purchasing behavior of runners in choosing running shoes was described based on information obtained from the online questionnaire. Runners collect information mostly from the internet, they highlight the comfort of the running shoes and they belong rather to satisfied and loyal customers. The ascertained values have brought also other interesting findings and also have brought a new perspective on the issue of purchasing behavior and decision-making process of a very specific customer group, the runners. Marketing research of PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction

Title: Marketing research of PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to find PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction and propose actions that would lead to an increase fans' satisfaction in following seasons. Methods: To determine the satisfaction of the fans of the PSG Zlin hockey club it has been used the method of a quantitative research with the help of an electronic questionnaire. This electronic questionnaire based on a large sample of fans enables to uncover sufficient data and analyses fans' satisfaction by various aspects. Results: The analysis and interpretation of data gained from marketing research have found that fans are very satisfied with many aspects. The most important thing for fans is the atmosphere in the stadium and the sport performance. The least interesting aspect was the supporting program, whom the fans are not completely satisfied. Overall, the greatest range for improvement was found in the allocation of a place for families and the improving of service during home matches. Regarding social networks, websites and merchandising exists mostly good satisfaction about the value of 2 (1 - very satisfied, 5 - very dissatisfied). Generally, fans would welcome more information, coverages and interviews behind the scenes of the club. Keywords: sports...
