Gravitational roller conveyor for transport of piece material

The aim of this bachelor work is to project gravitational roller route which has to serve as transporter of the lump material. In this case as transporter of boxes in the production line without positive drive. By force of engaged parameters I have to determine the main dimensions, calculation of the shaft’s stronghold and funkcional calculation. Than implement the design documentation from the calculated values.

This work designs overall structural design transfer point (traverser) for EURO pallets between roller conveyor and chain conveyor. Full and uniformly distributed load on the pallets is thought. Tri angle between conveyors is right. Work includes complete 3D model of traverser.
Device for stringing cable on a drum

The thesis deals with the design of a cable spooling device on a spool drum under different modes of operation of winding. The focus is on the calculation and design part, where the calculations include the functional dimensions of the individual components and the force effects emanating from the load generated during winding. The design part includes the design of the individual components. Finally, an analysis of the selected structural nodes under different winding modes was performed. This work includes drawings containing the overall equipment assembly, subassembly of the weldment frame and shop drawings.
Two-axle tractor semitrailer

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a specialized trailer with a tandem axle for transporting commodity raw materials and materials. The introductory section of the thesis deals with defining legislative requirements and classifying the trailer into vehicle categories. The following section is dedicated to the methods of constructing individual parts of the trailer. A market survey of trailers with a tandem axle and similar nominal load capacity to the proposed trailer is conducted. The design section focuses on the trailer design with a choice of purchased trailer components. A finite element analysis of stress states is created from a shell model with replacements of structural nodes to approximate the real state of loading. The thesis also includes drawing documentation.
Concept of the mulcher for aggregation with a tractor 55 kW

This bachelor thesis is focused on the conceptual design of a universal horizontally adjustable mulcher. The mulching process, its advantages and the mulchers supplied to our market are described in the thesis. The mulcher is designed according to the assigned power parameters and characteristic working range. The thesis contains partial functional and force calculations of the nodes selected by the contract owner and separately designed units, including components supplied by other manufacturers.
Tractor trailer for transporting hop vines

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a tractor trailer for transporting hop vines. The first part contains a research analysis of similar trailers and legislation. In the next part is analysed construction of the trailer, analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties and chosing components. The last part consists of strength analysis critical points of the frame and chosen construction details with its evaluation. Partial drawing documentation is also included.
Mobile separator of the gravel and sand into individual fractions

This thesis focuses on a research analysis of the technology of similar separators, the legislative regulations of the trailers and the conceptual design of the mobile gravel sorter itself. The thesis also includes functional, dimensional and force calculations of the individual nodes of the classifier. The classifier also includes conveyor belts for conveying material up to a height of approximately 1.5 m. Calculations and selection of the necessary drives for certain parts of the machine are also included. Furthermore, the work includes strength FEM calculations of selected structural nodes under different loading regimes. Finally, the DEM simulation of the sorting process in Altair EDEM is discussed. The thesis, including the assembly drawing, also includes a drawing of the weldment subassembly of the separation drum and frame. Selected shop fabrication drawings are prepared for this sub-assembly as a basis for fabrication of selected components.
Long-distance belt transport

The bachelor thesis deals with the calculation and design of a conveyor belt with a transported quantity of 3 500 t/h with a length of 300 m and an elevation of 22 m. The introductory part is devoted to detailed research of individual components of belt conveyor. In the following chapters, a functional calculation according to ISO 5048, strength check of the shaft, bearings of the driving pulley and conveyor belt is performed. The last part of the thesis describes the choice of parts, which was based on strength and calculation chapters. The result of the entire thesis is the drawing documentation containing the drawing of the assembly.
The study of leveling systems for construction machines

This bachelor’s thesis deals in the first part with the research analysis of leveling systems. Leveling systems are divided according to the number of working levels and the type of working signal. Subsequently, individual types are described more in detail considering to function and use. The next part deals with an overview of manufacturers of leveling systems and their products on the european market. The table comparsion was made of main parametres of leveling systems based on the previous overview. Finally, the leveling systems were valuated based on table values.
Concept of the rotary harrow

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a rotary harrow. In the beginning of the thesis, a short research is written regarding soil cultivation. Rotary harrows and tractors in the corresponding power series are listed in the next chapter. In the next part of the work, individual components are described and their selection is justified. The construction of individual components is described in a separate chapter. The rotary gate is designed with a three-point hinge cat. 2N/2. In the last part of the work, the strength calculation of the gears, the basic durability of the rotor bearings and the inspection of the shaft of the bearings is carried out. Calculations are made according to standards. The work includes drawing documentation and images of the 3D model.
