V bakalářské práci je řešen výpočet a návrh pásového dopravníku o dopravovaném množství 3 500 t/hod s délkou 300 m a převýšením 22 m. Úvodní část je věnována podrobné rešerši jednotlivých komponent pásového dopravníku. Dále je v práci proveden funkční výpočet dle normy ČSN ISO 5048, pevnostní kontrola hřídele, ložisek hnacího bubnu a dopravního pásu. V poslední části je rozepsána volba dílů, která vycházela z pevnostních a výpočetních kapitol. Výstupem celé práce je zhotovení výkresové dokumentace obsahující výkres sestavy. The bachelor thesis deals with the calculation and design of a conveyor belt with a transported quantity of 3 500 t/h with a length of 300 m and an elevation of 22 m. The introductory part is devoted to detailed research of individual components of belt conveyor. In the following chapters, a functional calculation according to ISO 5048, strength check of the shaft, bearings of the driving pulley and conveyor belt is performed. The last part of the thesis describes the choice of parts, which was based on strength and calculation chapters. The result of the entire thesis is the drawing documentation containing the drawing of the assembly.
