Design of core shooting machine with a movable head with a capacity 30dm3
Lehuta, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to perform engineering design core shooting machine. The work is divided into several parts. Home work is dedicated to a process for producing a core and material for the production of cores. It goes chapters that cover basic function, methods of construction core shooting machines. The main part contains the structural design of individual parts core shooting machine by which it was created 3D model (CATIA V5) core shooting machine with a movable head. The structural design of the machine frame is controlled by the finite element method (ANSYS 13.0). In conclusion, risk analysis is performed.
C axis for vertical turning machine
Solař, Martin ; Novotný,, Lubomír (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The subject of my thesis is a constructional proposal of C axis drive for vertically orientated machine. I have concerned the drive operates C axis of revolving slide. The thesis contains the cutting power study regarding the power being in effect during C axis machining, study of clearance adjustment in particular mechanisms, three constructive proposals of possible solutions, calculation of basic proposals’ demands as well as the best option selection which ideally fits to the all conditions requested by TOSHULIN, Inc.
The design of sand mixer with output range 1-3 TPH
Vlk, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis follows up detailed design of continuous mixer. This device is used for creation of a molding mixture that is sand based and used in foundry. There are developed individual device knots from the perspective of construction, in this thesis. The result of the thesis is a 3D model of entire device and drawings of selected parts.
Database Assistance of Risk Assessments
Neubauer, Tomáš ; Blecha, Petr (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the problem of machinery safety. Aim of this thesis was to elaborate the analysis and to choose the pivot elements for sorting data in the database for risk analysis. Next aims was to make the structure of the database and to create SW modules of application for machinery risk assessment.
The design of software modules to control automatic tool change
Habán, Tomáš ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The presented work is concerned in system of automatic tools change for machining centers. The theoretical part of this diploma work is about basic distribution. The following practical part includes mathematical description of testing stand of systems of automatic tools change STD – 25. In next step the dynamic model of this mechanism and model of servomotor is realized using simulating environment as Matlab/Simulink. The simulation of designed model of complete system is optimized in aspect of rate of change. The obtained values of servomotors performance are compared for various loads of exchange arm at the appropriate times of change. The last section briefly describes other possible alternative solution of similar dynamic systems using connection of software SolidWorks and NI LabView.
3D engraving milling machine
Bosák, Daniel ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with rebuilding of a laboratory manipulator to 3D engraving machine. First part of the thesis describes the engraving technology and lists the most common types of engraving machines. Next, the initial state of the machine is analysed and modifications of mechanical and electrical equipment are suggested. Design, realisation of a control system and human machine interface are described. The Beckhoff TwinCAT programming environment is used. The last part of the thesis deals with practical realisation and commissioning of the machine. The results of the thesis can be used as an addition for lessons of Automation of Production Machines.
The modernization of control system of milling machine FNG
Holas, Jiří ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with a proposal modernisation of control and electroinstalation of the milling machine FNG 32. The thesis is divided into several sections: The first section is dedicated to the research of the milling machine and the description of its current condition. The second section deals with possible options of retrofitting and with the components. The third section includes the technical and economical evaluation and the selection of the solution. In the next section, the selected components are described and an electronic documentation of the machine has been created in EPLAN. In the last section, a proposal of control of the milling machine has been created with the help of the TwinCAT development environment provided by Beckhoff company.
Safety of band saw cutting machine
Bezrodný, Roman ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This Master's thesis summarizes the current legislative requirements resulting from the Directives of the European Parliament and Council and the legislative requirements of the Czech Republic in the field of cutting machines, with a focus on band saws. Furthermore, there is also an analysis of the requirements of the relevant harmonized standards. For information sorting, check lists for the construction of a band saw and a process map of the construction of the saw have been made. In the last part of this work, the selected safety applications were completed for the band saw.
Design of robotic handling systém for CNC production line
Loudát, Pavel ; Jakoubek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to design the robotic handling system of CNC production line based on requirements of Valeo Compressor Europe in Humpolec. The theoretical part of this thesis includes the profile of the company, analysis of handling system and automated workstations used in production system. The practical part of this thesis includes analysis of the current state and design of handling system for CNC production line. There is recovery of investment analysis for the designed line and summary at the last part of diploma project.
Automatic visual check of mating complete cars
Bureš, Jan ; Ing.David Hrdlička (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with concept of automatic inspection workplace for fitting car at assembly inspection line at TPCA as a car manufacture company. Theoretic part is focused on the assembly inspection at TPCA and also presents a current optical inspection at the industry with regard to the topic of this thesis. Practical part contains analysis of the current condition and workplace concept of automatic inspection and measuring method of complete car. Thereafter it brings the technical and economical contributions for this company when my concept implemented.
