Managerial competences in pre-primary education

The thesis deals with the topic of managerial competences in pre-primary education. This topic has been chosen on the basis of ever-changing and evolving demands on the management of kindergartens and the need for high-quality and very comprehensive competencies of kindergarten headmasters. The aim of this thesis is to compare managerial competencies and on the basis of these acquired information to design the most appropriate model of competencies of directors of these contributory organizations. The theoretical part analyzes individual competencies in the field of economic, personal and legal management of the school. The practical part is focused on the comparison of individual areas of management in terms of their complexity and assessment of managerial competences with respect to the time burden. The work is based on professional literature, valid legal norms and results of the research conducted. Quality control of interest education in the Ústí nad Labem region

Interest-based education and leisure time are important in every person's life and they influence the proper functioning of the whole society. In order to fulfil its functions, it is important to emphasize its quality. The aim of the Diploma Thesis The Management of Interest Based Education Quality in the Ústí Region is to reveal the real status of the quality management of the interest-based education in the leisure time centres; and to identify the possibilities to innovate the leisure time education quality management. The questionnaire survey was used as the main research method of data collection. Interviews were used as the supplementary method. K DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCI V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic Antonie Ondrouchová ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis "Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic" is to analyze and critically evaluate strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic; suggest recommendations for further research. Thus, the thesis answers question on the state of strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the term "strategic management", which is generally characterized by determination, process, tools, meaning and obstacles in its application. The following chapter deals with strategic management in the education system, in particular by identifying four levels of management (national, regional, local, school) represented by the relevant institutions. At the theoretical level, education policy is considered to be an indication of directions and content that are embedded in public policy documents. By the method of document content analysis, examples of strategic public policy documents are evaluated at four levels of system management. Connection between education and labour market: with marketing access in conditions of a university

The doctoral thesis "Connection between education and labour market" is a reaction to changes on the national and international market which are also reflected by the changes of the character of work and requirements on labour force. It is the interest of the society and universities to prepare graduates in such educational programmes, whose contents meet the requirements of the labour market. The aim is to have graduates prepared for employment. A precondition on the fulfilment of this task is the cooperation of educational institutions with the labour market and firms. The connection of education and the labour market is also reflected in the documents of The Ministry of Education, which follow up with the policy of development of tertiary education in Europe in the framework of the Bologna process. Marketing access is used as a starting point for investigation of the followed problems at a theoretical level in chapter one. This access includes establishing contacts with the outer environment on the side of inputs and outputs, which enables the connection of educational institutions with the work environment.
