Veřejné zdravotní pojištění a jeho pojatí v České republice, stav k 31.8. 2006. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. Po úvodu, následuje vztah sociálního zabezpečení ke zdravotnímu pojištění. Ve třetí kapitole se věnuji koncepci veřejného zdravotního pojištění v České republice a ve čtvrté zdravotní péči. Současný stav v České a Slovenské republice hodnotím v kapitole páté, se zvláštním zaměřením na proběhlé reformy na Slovensku.

The system of the social support in the Czech Republic - purpose and development

This theses deals with the subject area of social support. In twelve chapters, seeks a comprehensive approach to the problems associated with the Act no. 117/1995 Coll., On state social support, as amended, together with other relevant legislation. Thirteenth chapter shows differences in selected models of social policy that creates the conditions for social trends and priorities of social assistance in the state. The aim of this study was to analyze the wide variety of subject state social support, while trying to find an appropriate way related sources which illustrate the deeper meaning of this institute. Through analysis of relevant documents has been the formation of a complex form of comments on the law on state social support in the form, which is still legal in the scientific community are missing. Social protection of persons with disabilities My thesis treats social protection of persons with disabilities. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the Czech and French legislation in the field of social security of person with disabilities. The thesis is composed of four sections. The first section which is divided into two chapters is dedicated to generalities - the first chapter gives a theoretic definition of the handicap and persons with disabilities. The second chapter investigates the protection of person with disabilities from the point of view of the international law and European Union's law that represent the foundation of the Czech and French legal system. The second section which is divided into five chapters analyses the Czech legal order. The third chapter provides an outline of Czech legal definition of relevant terms. The next chapter describes assessment of health, which is provided by Medical Assessment Service. The fifth chapter treats social insurance's and state social support's security benefits. The sixth chapter look at security benefits which are provided by the social assistance system.
