Předkládaná práce se zabývá tématikou oblasti státní sociální podpory. Ve dvanácti kapitolách se snaží o komplexní pojetí problematiky spojené se zákonem č. 117/1995 Sb., o státní sociální podpoře, v platném znění, společně s dalšími souvisejícími předpisy. Třináctá kapitola ukazuje na rozdíly ve vybraných modelech sociální politiky, které utváří podmínky pro konkrétní společenské trendy a priority sociální pomoci ve státě. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat celé téma státní sociální podpory, přičemž se snaží vhodným způsobem vyhledat související prameny, které ozřejmují hlubší význam tohoto institutu. Pomocí analýzy příslušných dokumentů došlo ke tvorbě komplexní podoby komentáře k zákonu o státní sociální podpoře formou, která doposud v právnické vědecké veřejnosti chybí. Zároveň v průběhu zpracování práce se podařilo poukázat na některá drobná legislativní pochybení, kterých se zákonodárci při tvorbě zákona o státní sociální podpoře dopustili. In twelve chapters, seeks a comprehensive approach to the problems associated with the Act no. 117/1995 Coll., On state social support, as amended, together with other relevant legislation. Thirteenth chapter shows differences in selected models of social policy that creates the conditions for social trends and priorities of social assistance in the state. The aim of this study was to analyze the wide variety of subject state social support, while trying to find an appropriate way related sources which illustrate the deeper meaning of this institute. Through analysis of relevant documents has been the formation of a complex form of comments on the law on state social support in the form, which is still legal in the scientific community are missing.
