Title: Comparison of securing sponsors in the Czech Hockey Federation and the Czech Floorball Union. Objectives: The aim of this work is based on examination of effectiveness of securing sponsors make recommendations on how the field hockey federation should pursue this issue further, or suggest possible measures to improve the promotion of field hockey, and thus to increase the interest of potential sponsors. Methods: The practical part is based on data collection and subsequent analysis. The collection of information, I used an in-depth interviews, internal materials and Internet resources available to both entities compared. Results: Provide an overview of the implementation options for sponsors and donors change the way providing improved marketing activities Czech Hockey Federation. Positions and opinions of the public on the renewal of the Czechoslovak Football League.

The main objectiv of this dissertation is to find out positions and opinions of the Czech public about a creation of the common football league with Slovak Republic. In the connection with the theme, find out the opinions of the themselves football players from highest czech football league and in the context of this subject, find out opinions of the coaches and their assistants from top football league. Bachelor thesis will interpret the results and on the basis to will formulate recommendations for future development of Czech football.

Impact of Domestic and Foreign Companies on Regional Development:The Case Study from Pardubice Region with the Focus on Knowledge Based Production

Foreign companies were the main drivers of economic development in the Czech Republic in last two decades. Today the Czech market is already saturated with large number of foreign investment and future development of the Czech economy depends on a shift towards a knowledge-based economic development. Thesis attempts to evaluate different position of domestic and foreign companies from the Pardubice Region in global production networks. This position will have different influence on focus of companies on research, development and knowledge-based activities. The work is based on 34 directed interviews with the directors of domestic and foreign companies from the Pardubice Region. First aim is to indicate different position of domestic and foreign firms in global production networks. Second aim is to find a different meaning of research and development activities for companies. Development activities are the main article of shift towards the production of knowledge-intensive products with higher added value. Last aim of thesis is to evaluate different intensity of collaboration of domestic and foreign companies on the research and development activities with other firms and institutions.

Modelling of the low-velocity layer in seismic prospection

The subject of the thesis is to compare layered model and tomographic model. These models are used for description of low velocity layer in seismic survey. The goal of the work was to find out the conditions whether to prefer tomographic model instead of layered model. Program Geostar was used for modelling of low velocity layer. This program is a part of software package produced by CGG Veritas company. Geostar is available at department of Applied Geophysics for study purposes. Four synthetic models were created for comparison of tomographic and layered models. Models of low velocity layer were computed for layered an tomographic model in Geostar environment. Original models were compared to created models. Accuracy was estimated on root mean square error and static correction which was exactly known. In all cases, layered model showed better results then tomographic model. 1

Life management - important concept in psychology

The thesis brings forward an analysis of the phenomenon of life management (LM) and its research. The introduction ponders over the level of knowledge of the theme and its interpretation; the theoretical part deals with comparison of related theories or, to say it in another words, of theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of LM, taking their similarities and differences into account, where the conclusion of the thesis is that the phenomenon of life management is absolutely necessary; and the practical part deals with field research. In total, 125 subjects took part in it. The research combined various methods - interviews, life axes and questionnaires. The participants were asked to answer questions regarding the management of their own life, and the basic characteristics of it. Based on an analysis of categories, a theory of life management was laid down based on the most relevant pieces of knowledge. LM is a complex and individual phenomenon. Obviously adverse external factors, e.g. poverty, unemployment or illness, weren't necessarily signs of inadequate life management in the studied population.
