The principle of fair business transactions

The author of the thesis analyses philosofical and historical grounds of the principle of fair business transactions in the Czech law. In the other parts of the thesis the author analyses the notion of the principle of fair business transactions with respect to the actual case law of the Czech courts and compares the notions of good manners and principle of fair business transactions. The author also outlines some controversial decisions of the Czech courts in relation to principles of fair business transactions.
The Impact of the Implementation of CRM on SMEs profitability and growth in the Czech Republic

Rapid development of online applications supporting the corporate activities causes that the CRM software is being implemented more and more. Firms are looking for the ways how to stay competitive and retain their own customers. This thesis deals with the influence of CRM implementation on the profitability and growth of SMEs in the Czech Republic. For its purpose it uses economic data from MagnusWeb database and data collected through online questionnaire. In the first part it offers theoretical summary of the concept of CRM and CRM implementation, including the critical factors for CRM success. In the second part it comments from theory point of view surprising results of the econometric analysis and possible reasons leading to such results.
New product implementation into Fitness Power marketing strategy

Title: New product implementation into fitness centre marketing strategy This thesis is focused on the issues of attendance of fitness centres predominantly by male population. Especifically, I will look into Fitness Power, which is located in Prague. Objectives: Using strategic analysis and marketing research, respectively using a survey to assess the current state of the fitness centre and its services and try to propose changes to the fitness centre so that it will be attended by both men and more women. My thesis will contain a proposal to create an exercise room, which has not been built yet in this fitness centre. Methods: There will be used following strategic analysis: PEST analysis, analysis of resources, analysis of competition and also marketing research, respectively a survey. The sample for the research will be selected from the group of customers who visit any service in the fitness centre. Customers will be able to fill in the questionnaire directly when visiting the fitness centre. Based on the analysis above and marketing research will be developed SWOT analysis. Results: Based on the results of marketing research, some measures were suggested to be able to increase satisfaction and attendance at the fitness centre. Agrotourism as a tourism phenomenon

The thesis is focused on agrotourism, which is a frugal kind of tourism, behaves to the nature, so that it burdened the least and thus support a sustainable tourism development. The aim is to describe the area of agrotourism. Theoretical part describes in detail the concept of agrotourism and explains its meaning and importance, comparing the Czech touristic environment with the foreign one, describes the institutions that operates in the agrotourism and rural tourism. The practical part is made up of a questionnaire survey, which determines whether people have the notion of tourism in the consciousness or what they mean by this term and what is their position to the agrotourism. Furthermore, the observation method is used, which describes in detail two farms. It is a farm Ko ík and a farm Zababe . FK DUKLA PRAGUE MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS AND PROPOSALS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT Targets: The analysis of particular marketing aspects, which compose the complete marketing mix. Communication with club fans and investigating their position on marketing. Consequent proposals of appropriate recommendations in marketing field to improve the club's present image. Methods: There will be an example study and SWOT analysis used to analyze current marketing mix. These will determine strong and weak points of the club. Contact with the club will take place in an informal meeting. A questionnaire will be used to find out fans' view. The experimental sample will consist of loyal fans only. I will then combine gathered data with my own knowledge and will attempt to create propositions for marketing mix improvement. Results: Created proposals will be presented to the club's leadership and they will have an opportunity to realize these proposals to achieve new marketing targets. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a management project of sports event which could serve to organizers and set up recommendations for organizers of sports event AUTHOR král Šumavy MTB. The aim is to analyse the event by means of SWOT analysis and create suggestions to improve the whole organization of this sports event for further tournaments. In conclusion I reviewed whether or not the objectives were achieved and summarized the most important results of the performed methods.
