Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit projekt managementu sportovní akce, který by mohl obecně sloužit organizátorům sportovních akcí a primárně vytvořit doporučení pro organizátory akce AUTHOR král Šumavy MTB. Úkolem je pomocí osobního dotazování a analýzy SWOT provést celkovou analýzu závodu a vytvořit návrhy na zlepšení celé organizace pro další ročníky. V závěrečné části jsem vyhodnotil, zda bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů a zrekapituloval nejdůležitější výsledky provedených metod. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a management project of sports event which could serve to organizers and set up recommendations for organizers of sports event AUTHOR král Šumavy MTB. The aim is to analyse the event by means of SWOT analysis and create suggestions to improve the whole organization of this sports event for further tournaments. In conclusion I reviewed whether or not the objectives were achieved and summarized the most important results of the performed methods.
