Football club Bohemians 1905 Marketing Mix Analysis and Proposals for Its Improvement

Title: Football club Bohemians 1905 Marketing Mix Analysis and Proposals for Its Improvement Targets: Analysis of individual elements of the marketing mix. Communication with the club fans and to determine their views on the current marketing mix. Then formulate proposals to improve the image and marketing activities of the club. Methods: The current marketing mix will be analyzed through case studies and SWOT analysis, the result of which will be strengths and weaknesses of the club. Another source of data will be an informal interview with the management of the club and a questionnaire that determines the attitudes and opinions of fans. To the collected information I will add my own knowledge. Then I will try to propose recommendations to improve marketing mix. Results: with these used methods will be developed proposals for the improvement of the marketing mix. Title: Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determinate strategic objectives of Tenisáci Benešov futsal club. Then analyze contemporary situation of club in these areas: personal, organisational and sport and then propose arrangements to improve situation of the club in some problematic matters and outline future direction of the club. Methods: Methodology of this work was centred on analyzing the club. There was used non-standardised interview (qualitative method), secondary data analysis and questionnaire (quantitative methods). Also SWOT analysis was used for lucid estimation of current situation of the club. Results: An accurate analysis of contemporary club situation was accomplished. On the basis of it was proposed introductions for future direction of the club in these areas: strategic goals, constitution of the association, organizational structure and competence determination, utilization of advantages of club and its opportunities, improvement of weaknesses of the club and avoidance of outer threats. Considerable part of the work is dedicated to creation of good social climate in organisation, which is essential for successful existence of club. Title: The business plan - Establishment of Power Plate studio Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to elaborate a complete business plan to start and open a new Power Plate studio in Prague 3, concretely in Sport Centre Olšanka. Determine whether the implementation of the business plan feasible and whether the studio can be competitive. A sub-goal is a financial plan and determine recovery of investment. Methods: In undertalking this thesis I used a varienty of techniques. These included the researching of specialized publications, data analysis method, there subsequent deduction, observation method and the method of controlled interview. The first part of this work, theoretical basis, deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to creating a business plan. It uses available analytical methods for the creation and analysis of the business plan. Secondly, the analysis of the business environment is applied by analytical procedures for the analysis of company environment, analysis of internal company factors, analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company. Title: Marketing research of McDonald's brand image among people of age 15- 25 years. Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to identify and asses the image of McDonald's company brand. The research is focused on young people of age 15-25 years, living in the Czech republic. This is to be achieved by independent marketing research. The research is focused on brand awareness, awareness of its specific elements, market position, associations of respondents with the brand and rating and awareness of particular marketing activities of McDonald's brand. Methods: Marketing research, which has been carried out within the practical part of the thesis, was performed via electronic questionnaires. Results: The research has given answers to all questions raised. The results have enabled the assesment of McDonald's brand image within the target group of people. The terms brand and image are explained in the first part of the thesis which include theoretical basis from various literary and electronic sources.  Title: Public reflection to corruption affair of SK Sigma Olomouc club  Objectives: The aim of the work is to describe in detail the process of the football corruption scandal between SK Sigma Olomouc and FK Bohemians Praha in 2010. Then use a survey to find out response to the corruption affair from the football fans based on their relationship to SK Sigma Olomouc club.  Methods: Descriptive analysis, survey.  Results: Responses to the affair from fans of SK Sigma Olomouc and fans of other Czech football clubs are different as expected. Fans of Olomouc still believe in innocence of their club while fans of other Czech clubs are more realistic - based on all known facts they mostly don't trust Sigma. Next goal is to evaluate three years activity of the civic association. Methods: In this thesis was used analysis of documents to explore annual reports about club finance. Then data was explored using descriptive analysis. Interview method was used to find the missing information. Results: The result of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the financial resources and expenditure of this sports club, summary of club activities and evaluation of past and current football situation in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav.
