Remuneration and Motivation in the Health Service

The thesis is focused on the issues of motivation and remuneration of employees in health care. Part of this work is to explain the basic concepts of motivation and opportunities that can be applied in the work environment. The second part is devoted to the topic of remuneration and tools that can reward employees. This theoretical background will be used as the basis for determining which aspects of motivation and rewards are applied in health care, particularly in hospitals.

Current Trends in the Czech Mortgage Market

This bachelor thesis concentrates primarily on the current situation in the Czech mortgage market. It presents the historical development, organization and the current situation in mortgage banking. It describes the basic characteristics of the mortgage loan, which includes the statutory definition of the mortgage loan, basic terms and parameters, division and types of mortgage loans, mortgage application, costs and fees associated with the loan, state aid, possibilities of drawings and repayments of the mortgage loan, the impact of the borrower's death or divorce of married couple on the mortgage loan etc. The main part of my bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of individual mortgage loans from the five largest mortgage lenders with the goal to recommend the best mortgage loan for particular model clients.

Analysis of Marketing Mix Tools in Green Ways, Ltd

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis characterizes every single tool of marketing mix 4P - product, price, place and promotion - describes how are they created and presents the basic theoretical background to perform a SWOT analysis. The following practical part of the document includes the application of these theoretical knowledge and guidance to company Green Ways, Ltd., survey and then suggestions and recommendations for creating new marketing mix based on informations detected from previous surveys and analyzes. The main purpose of this work is to analyze marketing mix of Green Ways, Ltd. and subsequent drafting recommendations for creating a new marketing mix in order to multiply the success and prosperity of this company.

Management of Human Resources focused on Teamwork

The Bachelor's thesis deals with issues of human resources management in general and focuses on teamwork. Closer attention is paid to goals and basic principles of human resources management, characteristics of teamwork, team efficiency and team roles. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of a work team in a limited company MalenaLak, s. r. o. Questionnaires were used as a quantitative data collection instrument. Applying this method team roles of individual team members and missing roles were ascertained. The thesis is concluded with suggestions leading to teamwork optimization.

Impacts of Social System Reform in the Area of Social Assistance

The theoretical part of general definitions relating to situations connected with insufficient income. It contains a description of the system of social benefits due to social needs and system benefits of assistance in material indigence with their comparison before and after the date of January 1.1. 2007, there have been modifications laws related to providing assistance to people with insufficient income. The practical part deals with the practical implications of social reforms to activities with authorized municipal office focusing on the Municipality of Kamenice nad Lipou. The aim was to find out the pros and cons of the new system of assistance in material need in terms of official and the client.

How to effectively promote change in the accounting system of the audit firm

The aim of my thesis is to analyse procedures currently used by auditors when presenting suggestions of changes at the client. The theoretical part defines change and its process. Further I look into inner motivation and the GROW method, which is used in couching. In the practical part, structured interviews with an auditor and employees of a financial accounts department according to the GROW method are carried out. Recommendations and procedures for implementing changes by the auditor are recommended based on these interviews. The aim of these recommendations is to improve the process of implementing change itself.
