Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím odborné literatury vysvětlit základní teoretické pojmy problematiky nákladového účetnictví a rozpočetnictví. Dalším cílem je analýza sestavování a vyhodnocování rozpočtu středisek konkrétní firmy. Na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci firmy a rozborem dostupných výkazů a dokumentů podniku je v bakalářské práci popsán proces sestavování rozpočtu středisek a kontrola plnění rozpočtů. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explain the basic theoretical terms regarding cost accounting and budgeting through special literature. Another aim is to analyse preparation and evaluation of the budget of centers in a particular company. There is description of the budgeting process and control implementation of budgets in the thesis, which is based on the conversations with staff of the company.
