Risks of Sick Days for small and micro business

This Thesis deals with the issue of the provision of sick days (days of paid medical leave). The main objective is the assessment of potential consequences of the introduction of paid medical leave for small and micro businesses. The research part looks at paid medical leave from two angles, from the perspective of employers but also from the perspective of selected employees who already use the employee benefit of paid medical leave, so-called sick days. Based on the data obtained from the surveys, this Thesis includes a detailed analysis of the results, which lead to the conclusion not recommending the introduction of paid medical leave. Concrete recommendations for employers are presented.
Project Evaluation of the European U21 Championship 2015

This thesis is subdivided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The first part describes project management and its product that is a project. There are also described terms such as sport management, sport event and sport manager. In the second (practical) part, the benefits of European U21 Championship 2015 are summarized in two aspects, the economical and non-economic aspects. This part also contains interview with the tournament director Petr Fousek. According to this interview and the UEFA Bid Requirements publication, the bidding process is explained in the second part. The mail goal of the practical part is to evaluate the benefits of this event and to suggest improvements to a similar project.

The essence of this work is to evaluate the current state of production and quality management and environmental management in a manufacturing company Aroma Praha, Inc., head quarters Židovice. Used any the methods of auditing processes to evaluace the current situation and suggest possibilities how to improve the current state of quality management and environmental management. Based on the findings will be drawn up its own proposals for solutions to stream line the process of quality management and environmental management in the enterprise.
Mystery Shopping

This thesis is about research method mystery shopping, which is one of quantitative research methods. The functionality of the method was verified in practice - store evaluation, especially employee evaluation in three selected stores of the producer and seller of luxury clothing. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part consists of a literature review with used literature and internet sources. The second part, a practical part is focused on a complete mystery shopping project creation beginning with preparation until its final part - the results evaluation and comparison. For the purpose of the project was necessary to create a scenario for mystery shopping check and also a survey. This pilot project was focused on evaluation of customer service in three selected stores - two in Prague, one of them in the city centre, and one shop in Brno. The results were then evaluated for each store separately and the results were compared between individual stores themselves. The overall results were used to make some recommendations primarily to improve customer service.
Online marketing of chosen company

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a summary of selected marketing tools of chosen company that operates on the market in the production and sale of plastic castings. Subsequently, the plan of online marketing activities is made. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis. The comparison and the description of scientific literature are used to define core concepts. They are also an essential foundation for creating practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts like marketing and to it associated marketing mix and its components, marketing communication is described in more details, strategic management and Internet marketing. The second part, the practical part, was written using other sources. All the elements served to create a plan of chosen company. The plan is created with the help of the description of the current situation and goals that the company would like to achieve by means of the strategy and online marketing tools. In the parts of work called the findings and recommendations are itemized suggestions arising from the practical part, which were made during the analysis, observation and drafting of the plan. It builds on them to conclude which is the overall summary of the discussed issues. Bachelor work is created for a purpose that the proposed plan could be apllied in the following months.
False information in the CV

Bachelor thesis deasl with the placing false information in the CV of university students. The theoretical part explains the concepts of human resources. At the beginning of the work focuses difference between personnel activities , personnel work and human resource management . There are also explains the processes encountered by the employee in the company. This is the recruitment , selection and recruitment , deployment , management , motivation, remuneration or release . The practical part is to identify the most frequently reported false information to university students in their CV´s . For obtaining information for the practical part was used questionnaire. In conclusion stated appreciation often cited false information and advice to companies what to do for disclosure of false information in the CV´s .
Marketing firmy v prostředí sociálních sítí

This bachelor thesis deals with current trends of internet marketing. It describes possibilities of internet marketing, specialy the ones at social networks. It explains terms marketing and marketing mix and shows summary of the most used and best social networks in Czech republic and rest of the world. Practical part of this work is based on analysis of current state of two companies: LPG-Auto s.r.o. and eshop Slusnyhadry.cz, specially at the social networks. This part suggests appropriate marketing tools, based on aquired informations, to obtain a better position on these networks.
Implementation Project for Software Support of Company Time Management

The topic of these bachelor theses is an implementation project of software support for Time management improvement in selected subject which is in this case SixStars group s.r.o. company. The aim of the theoretic part is Time management issues, Time management generations and needs. Time management technics and planning tools are mentioned in the following part. The conclusion of the theoretic levels deals with the brief mobile equipment characteristics. The basic information about the selected subject is mentioned in the practical part. Important requirements for the selection of Time management software support were obtained during the controlled dialog with the SixStars group executives. The following part of these theses describes the selected software programs implementing by means of decision matrix the project for the most suitable software programs for the given subject.

Bachelor thesis is about marketing communication, in particular evaluation of the personal selling in Zara. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part will be explained terms marketing, marketing communication, personal selling and method of marketing research which is called Mystery shopping. Practical part deals with analysis of data, discovered with the help of questionnaire. Marketing method Mystery shopping is based on this questionnaire. The result of the thesis is authors own assessment about the effectiveness of the company and proposal for the improvement of selected functions.
