Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací, konkrétně zhodnocením osobního prodeje společnosti Zara. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení pojmů marketing, marketingová komunikace, osobní prodej a následně i metody marketingového výzkumu Mystery Shopping. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou dat, zjištěných pomocí dotazníkového setření se zpětnou vazbou, který je základem použití metody Mystery Shopping. Výsledkem práci je vlastni posouzení autora o efektivnosti činnosti společnosti a návrh na zlepšení vybraných funkci podniku. Tím práce přispěje k účinnějšímu fungování vybrané společnosti. Bachelor thesis is about marketing communication, in particular evaluation of the personal selling in Zara. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part will be explained terms marketing, marketing communication, personal selling and method of marketing research which is called Mystery shopping. Practical part deals with analysis of data, discovered with the help of questionnaire. Marketing method Mystery shopping is based on this questionnaire. The result of the thesis is authors own assessment about the effectiveness of the company and proposal for the improvement of selected functions. Thesis is also contribute to more effective work of the chosen company.
