This all is taking to the peak with idea about experimental flats which are giving the chance to change the space right according to the inhabitants wishes.

Annahof
Buganská, Petra ; Kuchta, Marek (referee) ; Foretník, Jan (advisor)
Anenský Court has more historical layers. When looking at the half-collapsed brick arch and remnants of walls, we can feel the nostalgia. Concrete silos remind time not so long ago. Today, all overgrown with bushes. What man left, takes nature. Nothing remains constant. As a former farm yard, which currently lacks a feature? The lives of the former inhabitants of Justice are long odžity a nostalgic return to the past times do not provide a basis. Presence is rapidly becoming a thing of the past and nothing remains constant. Ruins ANNAHOF slowly disintegrate, disappear one historic layer. The new layer but has already begun to create. Future is quickly becoming the present and nothing remains constant. Constant change is a fundamental characteristic ANNAHOF, as well as any other place in the world. It gives us the challenge to innovation, as opposed to nostalgia. Adaptation to changing environmental conditions is a prerequisite for survival. In the past, human survival depended entirely on natural conditions - people turned to God to ask for a good harvest. Today, we can predict the weather and the soil fertility is largely influenced. Our survival still depends on the same natural conditions. Instead we wayside chapels and build weather stations and invest in research. In ANNAHOF it decided to propose a station for research into climate change with a visitor's center, which could be felt through microclimates global warming "on your own". The whole house is basically built around four outdoor microclimates., In which it can be accessed. The shape of the building and its position in the field is therefore directly result in the formation of microclimates. The structural system is a wall, even using concrete material. I chose it for its possibilities of shaping and visual quality. Quantity retaining walls, landscaping required for the creation of microclimates is used as efficiently as possible at the same time as the walls of the building. Of the existing structures is to use one concrete silo, and a support pole for measuring towers. Lattice structure of the mast is secured with ropes anchored to the concrete silo. On measuring tower are located automatic measuring devices. The main area of my proposal is a gallery exhibition space. There should be a visitor center acquainted with the problems of climate change and from this space ramps can reach all four outdoor microclimates. The gallery is lit by a skylight above the one hand and also tracked through the window, which runs almost around the perimeter, and that desert light through the supporting structure of steel truss grid in the interior. Operationally in the building blends function research / workplace for scientists and their background and / public / gallery microclimates and facilities for visitors. Both functions can then serve multipurpose hall. The proposal also includes necessary facilities for maintenance of outdoor spaces and buildings, as well as an apartment manager. Residential Complex in Brno - Komín
Langer, Jan ; Foretník, Jan (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The project deals with the design of the residential complex in the city of Brno-Komín. With this draft I am creating a completely new element in a existing area of city Komín. My goal was to create a distinctive and compact unit within an adequate scale, which will signify a consistent quality independent of any future changes in the area of the entire land. The organic structure of the aatrial family houses are respecting the topography of terrain and in three clusters, creates a space for pedestrians. The land is serviced with traffic from the north where a common garages and parking lots can be found. Parking spaces outside the houses brings many qualities. People better perceive the environment which they live in. Semi-private space "courtyards" where entrances are oriented to individual houses, evokes a sense of security and has the potential for meeting and leisure with all the inhabitants of the residential complex. By using the concept of an aatrial houses, on the contrary, I rather tried to obtain a maximum feeling of privacy, therefore, the strict separation of public space, the area of semi-private space and private space was necessary.

To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem
Slouková, Hana ; Palaščák, Michal (referee) ; Foretník, Jan (advisor)
The new transfer terminal in the former royal town of Dvůr Králové nad Labem brings together and connects public transport with individual. The main objective of the proposal is the functional merger of public bus and suburban bus services, pedestrians and the introduction of train connections on the existing siding. At present the town is mainly associated with the ZOO Dvůr Králové and is perceived more as "Dvůr by ZOO" then city itself with history. As a result of popularity of ZOO city loses a substantial part of the tourists. Concept of design is based on lines that lead or guide the passenger to the given points of interest in the city, but the primary remains a clear open space with direct links to the surroundings - the city. The proposal focuses on passenger comfort and easy orientation in space in response to the anticipated development of the structure and infrastructure of the city with the restoration of its identity.

Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz
Sedlák, Miroslav Gabriel ; Foretník, Jan (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The development of the town represented a key turning point in the life of the Flower Garden. Its entrance was relocated from the arcade in the upper part of the garden to its side, via the cour d'honneur. It means that visitors leave not having experienced the genius loci of the Flower Garden, since they entered the middle part of the garden “exhibition” without any previous explanation. The main idea of the entire project is to restore the garden into its original condition, which shall include the opening of a central pavilion and the possibility to enter the garden upon the “introduction” on the arcade in the upper part of the central axis. The project attempts to make use of the existing cour d'honneur as much as possible, which is finely renovated in order to be able to comply with the current requirements for a UNESCO World Heritage Site entrance building. The existing entrance building and cour d'honneur feature a foyer, restaurant, restaurant facilities and exhibition areas and supply off-loading area. The projected area features a new curve-defined exhibition area which represents reminiscence of a unique arcade. The new element is located in the upper third of the projected area and it is embedded in the surrounding terrain to create shallow passageway between the gardens. This embedding creates angularities running in opposite directions, one of which is designed as a ramp connecting the terrace on the arcade and the projected area. A florist’s is reconstructed in the lower part of the gardens (it is expected to be partly independent) with no relation to the applicable plan area. The florist’s is also interlaced with the axes of the Flower Garden, with the vision of the renovation of "rabbit’s hillock" and the reconstruction of a bird house with a body of water.
