Aplication and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition

Title: Application and evaluation of sponsoring for rhythmic gymnastics competition Objectives: The main objective is the offering of sponsorship packages that have been made previously to former and current sponsors in order to entice them to come back and stay. The next sub-objective is to establish cooperation with new potential partners for competition in rhythmic gymnastics with a tailor-made offer. Methods: In the work are used the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The method of written polling is applied to former and current sponsors and the method of direct mail and individual semi-structured interview is applied to the selected potential sponsors. Results: During the data collection it was found that the former and current sponsors would prefer a more diverse list of options. Based on the results new sponsorship packages were compiled and especially great demanded list of advertisement options. Thanks to some interviews some new sponsors were added to the competition. Analysis of participants on selected running events

Title: Analysis of selected running events Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse participants taking part in particular running competitions and their relationship to running. Furthermore, to obtain information in relation to their lifestyle, education, employment, age, homelife, financial possibilities and training for particular race. Methods: Analysis of participants of running events is done through questionnaires which were handed out electronically on social websites and personally at the place of a competition. Teoretical base has its origin on personal experiences, studied literature and internet sources. Results: Based on results, I came to the conclusion that promoting running competitions primarily via social websites is the most advantageous. Runners who participated at the running event previously already, share their experiences among themselves. They attract more runners to well-organized running competitions and ensure their success this way. Each running event has its runners who differ slightly, for example by age, running equipment etc. The results may serve as a guideline for organisators of running competitions in creating marketing strategy focusing on particular target groups. Alpine Pro brand and its image analysis - 2012 Summer Olympics in London

The purpose of my thesis is to characterize the issue of brand image, and in particular the Alpine Pro brand, producer of sportswear. Furthermore, the thesis wants to determine whether the image of the Alpine Pro brand has changed after London 2012 Olympic Games. The research sample has been selected from broad public Internet users, potential sportswear market customers. The results of the research will provide a basis for possible solutions to improving the brand image.

Title: Marketing communication of HC Talent Plzeň Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose new measures to improve the marketing communication of the handball club Talent Plzeň based on an analysis of the current marketing communication with club fans. The partial aim of the thesis is to define, based on interviews and collected information, strengths and weaknesses in the club's marketing communication. Methods: Methods of qualitative nature were used in this thesis. The methods include an analysis of relevant documents, billboards, posters, websites, etc., observations and semi-structured interviews with one of the co- owners and the manager of the club and the selected spectators of the matches. Results: The analysis of the current marketing communication with the fans of HC Talent Plzeň revealed some strengths and weaknesses. On their basis a proposal of the marketing communication for the season 2015/2016 has been created. The result of this bachelor thesis is the proposal based on the real possibilities of the club, current trends in modern sport marketing and events in the society. Title: Marketing communications of AC Sparta Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to analyze contemporary state of marketing communications with the audience of AC Sparta Praha, identify deficiencies and develop a proposal to improve the marketing communications with fans of this club. Methods: In this thesis have been used methods of case study, analysis of available documents and texts, structured interview with director od marketing, and director of communications and public relations of AC Sparta Praha. Results: By the analysis of marketing communications of AC Sparta Praha has been found that several projects could be added. The proposal has been followed the concept of marketing communications, because i had not been detected considerable deficiencies. Title: Marketing research of the participant's satisfaction European Company Sport Games 2013 in Prague Objectives: Finding out the participant's satisfaction with European Company Sport Games 2013 in Prague. On the basis of results will be done evaluation and will be proposed possibilities for improvement. Methods: In work uses quantitative marketing research. For the primary data collection from participants of European Company Sport Games in Prague is used electronic questioning. Results: All results are in the practical part. The results are in the graphs and tables and they are described in detail. The participants were generally satisfied with the event, the most with the flooding communication and accommodation. On the other side were dissatisfied with the event at Meeting Point. The research also find out at which sport facilities were the biggest organization and technical problems. Brand building of the football club in the Czech Republic

Topic: Brand building of the football club in the Czech Republic Objectives: Master's thesis aims to propose a strategy of branding for the football club FK Dukla Praha for the years 2018-2023. The solution is based on the analysis of branding in three foreign sports clubs, one European league competitions and case study of rebranding. This part is followed by evaluation of branding in Czech football league. The results of these case studies are used to develop the branding strategy of the football club FK Dukla Praha, which will focus on developing brand loyalty of fans, club events and brand positioning against the competition. Methods: The thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge related to the given topic. For the detection and analysis of branding abroad, case studies, publicly available data and observation method were used. An analysis of the Czech environment in terms of branding was carried out on the basis of monitoring research. A method of expert interview with the club's frontman was used to create SWOT analysis and build the potential of the FK Dukla Prague football club. Thesis name Strategic Development Plan of the SK Joudrs Prague Thesis objective The aim of this diploma thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the development of Joudrs Prague softball team for the period form 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2018. Methods of work A qualitative interview with the club President, a qualitative interview with the sports manager of the club, an analysis of texts and documents, the SWOT analysis, monitoring, descriptive case study Results An analytic part of the diploma thesis was built on the descriptive case study as well as on monitoring which provided an insight into the internal environment of the club and revealed the opinions of SK Joudrs Prague club members. The included SWOT analysis was developed on the basis of interviews and the dependence among the most important points was summarised in the table. The choice of the strategy resulted from the SWOT analysis. The financial analysis of the club was set up with regard to the interview with the club President and relevant documents.
