Communication with the Media within PR of FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s.

Title: Communication with the Media within PR of FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate nowadays FC Viktoria Plzeň communication with media, all this based on theoretical knowledge, observation, interviews with club representatives and questionnaires filled out by sports journalists, and subsequently to propose possible arrangements that could lead to a better relations with journalists, i.e. those relations that influence image of the club in media. Methods: Practical part consists of a description of the present situation based on a synthesis of information acquired from an interview with the club press agent and those acquired by observation I made myself in a role of a journalist directly at the FC Viktoria Plzeň stadium in Pilsen. Then the situation is confronted with theoretical knowledge from literature and journalists survey data. Results: The results of this work revealed several deficiencies. Concerning the premises designated for journalists one of them is primarily absence of tables in the press area and unsuitable toilets common with spectators. Establishment of a permanent mix-zone, mutual cooperation with journalists in composing questions for audio recordings or placing a TV screen broadcasting matches in a press box would mean improvement...

Title: Teambuilding programs in CR Goals: The goal of this essay is to compose an overview of the Czech market in the field of teambuilding programs and to compare the Czech supply and the supply of some chosen foreign teambuilding agencies. A next goal of this essay is to propose measures, which could help to improve the quality and widening of the Czech supply in the specific field of teambuilding services. Method: In the order of collecting the necessary data for the definition of the term, we performed a research of the technical literature. For the analysis of the Czech and the foreign supply we used electronic sources. Results: Show us the leaks or the week spots in the Czech supply in the field of teambuilding, compared to the foreign market. TITLE: Alpine Skiing World Cup Organization Benefits in Relation to Špindlerův Mlýn Municipality AUTHOR: Bc. Petr Černý FACULTY: Faculty of Physical Education and Sport SUPERVISOR: Dr.. Libor Flemr, Ph.D. ABSTRACT This study focuses on the town of Spindleruv Mlyn, which is currently the largest, highest- rated, but also the most expensive ski resort in the Czech Republic and holds TOP ski resort, which in recent years as the only winter resort tried to host the World Cup in Alpine skiing women, in the disciplines of slalom and giant slalom women. Spindleruv Mlyn organized racing elite women's series for the first time in December 2005 and again in January 2008. Premiere World Cup Giant was initially held back in 2003, but then defeated the plans of the organizers of the lack of snow. A success for the next SP in Spindleruv Mlyn took place in March 2011. Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the benefits for town of Spindleruv Mlyn (hence the whole county, region and Czech Republic) may have held such events as the World Cup in Alpine Skiing. Title of thesis: Analysis of the marketing activities of contributory organization, Sports equipment of the Jicin city. Aims of the thesis: The aim of the study is to analyze the current marketing activities of contributory organization dealing with sports facilities in Jicin. Next aim is to find the extension and quality of these activities in the relation to customer. In case of poor or inadequate usage of it, the suggestion of new marketing activities is the goal. The thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical base and practical, which processing of marketing analysis and presentation of new proposals. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of funded organizations and their relationship to marketing, definition of marketing terms and concepts, and approaches the relationship between marketing and sports organizations. In the practical part the specific contributory organization is introduced and its marketing activities are investigate using questionnaire exploration and marketing analysis. Differences in financing of volleyball clubs TJ Červený Kostelec and VK Hronov

Subject: Differences in financing the volleyball clubs TJ ČervenýKostelec a VK Hronov Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and compare the management of the volleyball clubs TJ ČervenýKostelec and VK Hronov. I will try to discoverthe lack of economic activities and make suggestions on how to improve some of them. Methods: In the present thesis I applied the method of descriptive analysis to analyse the available financial documents and materials of the volleyball clubs TJ ČervenýKostelec a VK Hronov, and then I had discussions with the officials of both clubs. Finally, I performed thefinancialcomparison analysis of both clubs in particular years. Results: The analysis showed that both volleyball clubs have the balanced economic activities without any debts. The main income of the club VK Hronov is formed by sponsors and the town of Hronov. The dominant income of the club TJ ČervenýKostelec represents also the town finances and membership contributions. The major deficit of VK Hronov is a narrowly oriented financing of the club. Speed skating arena and public attitude to its construction

Title: Speed Skating arena and public attitude to its construction Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of a project of a speed-skating rink in Velky Osek. Citizens from Kolin and Nymburk regions, as well as Prague, have been polled on the possible rink construction. Citizens have been surveyed on their foreknowledge and the future possibility of the of grounds usage. Methods: A descriptive analysis was used to comment on data gathered in relationship to the proposed construction of a speed-skating rink. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was used in order to evaluate the direct external and internal impact the proposed construction of a speed-skating rink in Velky Osek (Kolin region). A quantitative survey (questionnaire) has been used in polling citizens on their attitude toward the possible construction of the rink. Results: The results have shown the heterogeneity of the attitudes of the citizens. However, we may conclude that there are more people who support the idea ofconstructing a speed-skating rink in the Czech Republic, rather than the proposed construction project in Velky Osek. Methods: Based on, this analysis to find out typology of consumers, who use fitness services. The object of my research is only women between age of 15-56, which regularly use fitness services. Research will be made by quantity method with personal questions. The sample will be composed of consumers of fitness centers, which will be choosen according to some criterions. Title: Marketing plan for an installation of a ski resort Goals: The goal of this study is to construct the marketing plan for the new ski resort situated in an area Železnorudsko. In connection with the marketing plan it is necessary to make the marketing research and the analysis of the competition. Methods: As for marketing research, the method of a written interrogation is chosen. As far as the analysis of the competition is concerned, the assessed criterions are evaluated on a point scale and the appropriate weight is attributed to them. The weight is determined by the method of an order.
