Evaluation tools for assessment of the School Educational Programme in the field of pedagogical process

The final thesis deals with methods and techniques that are used for collecting and analyzing data used in the evaluation process in school curriculums in kindergartens. The theoretical part contains definitions and basic concepts related to the areas of assessment and evaluation, evaluation tools and processes. It identifies the basic methods and techniques of evaluation processes and their practical application in the assessment of the evaluation system of the School Education Program (SEP) in terms of merged kindergartens. In the empirical part it focuses on the issue (area) of the evaluation of school curriculums in kindergartens in terms of unified kindergartens and is based on information obtained by a questionnaire survey. It examines the practical usage of specific evaluation tools in assessing evaluation systems, analyzes actual implementation, effectiveness and functionality of evaluation practices and evaluation of the research. In conclusion it provides recommendations for possible procedures and solutions of discovered shortcomings in the evaluation of school curricula in terms of unified kindergartens.

It maps the criteria that founders of the kindergartens use for evaluating the work of the directors of kindergartens. Another area of the research is the self-evaluation of the directors. Management of the development of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools

The thesis deals with the issues of the management of human resourses in secondary vocational schools. It describes the headteachers' attitude and experience in this area. The aim is to map, analyse and form conclusions, which will be useful and helpful in headteacher's work, to show a potential for teachers development, to apply knowledge from this area of the general management to a specific school environment and to show the meaning and and the growing importance of these processes in schools. The conclusions are based on research made in secondary vocationals schools among the headteachers and teachers with the questionnaire as a research tool. Management of changes at schools trough philosophy Kaizen

This thesis presents the philosophy of Kaizen which is applied for improviment of processes in production and leadership. The main aims of the thesis are to introduce the essence of the philosophy of Kaizen and to suggests implementation of the philosophy into schools as an alternative model of managment. In the theoretical part, the principles of philosophy of management, which have the roots in Japan, are characterized on the basis of research from the available literature and other theoretical sources. The history and evolution of Kaizen philosophy is anaylised within the text for a better undersatnding and the differences between Japanese and Czech society are also mentioned. The practical part is focused on qualitative survey of applying the philosophy of Kaizen in the company Česká spořitelna. The empirical investigation is mainly based on interviews and observations. The experience of the Česká spořitelna with the implementation of Kaizen philosophy is analysed through these two methods. The results of the survey provide a view on new phenomenon for the school sector and introduce options for its possible implementation of some of the concepts of Kaizen philosophy in the management of changes in schools. Solving of Group Conflicts in Kindergarten (from the point of view headmisresses and headmasters of the Central Bohemian Region kindergartens)

This dissertation inquires into the issue of solving group conflicts in kindergartens, presents opinions, quotations and comparison of Czech and foreign authors, derives from both local and foreign sources. In the theoretical part it brings forth findings from the stated area, defines the term "conflict", delineates the basic types of conflicts, deals with group conflicts in the context of the influence of an individual on the inception of a conflict. In the second half of the theoretical part it focuses on the settlement and prevention of conflicts. The research, coming from the goal of the inquiry, is directed in the same spirit. The research part presents the results of the inquiry, describing and analysing the causes and solutions of group conflicts in practice. The evaluation then leads to answering the research questions. The work is designed so the broadest range of headmasters and administrators of kindergartens could make use of it.
Management of nursery school with more separated workplaces

Final thesis presents a comparison of the management of kindergartens, which are divided according to given specifications. This segmentation was the fact kindergartens with more separated workplace, which became the subject of further research. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management. The survey is aimed at business functions. Terminology each function highlights the importance of the issue of management control. In the empirical part was used a quantitative survey questionnaire form created in Google Docs. The results were transferred to the clear graphs and tables for further use. Works by respondents from the region Mladá Boleslav, where forty-six nursery schools. Subsequent research was focused on qualitative research with a focus on kindergarten with more separated workplace. Respondents with personal meetings to answer questions formulated. These survey results were recorded in tabular summaries and further processed for further research. The information obtained with the respondents in managerial positions revealed an overall view of managing organizations. Time management of a nursery school headmistress

Time management mapping appears to be the objective of this bachelor's thesis. The time management issue has been worked up in final bachelors' theses which were studied by the author of this thesis for purposes of synthesis and summarizing results of more empiric studies carried out by many authors. The author of this thesis also formulated the essence and gave some systematic survey of results of the current time management research resulting from the given sample of bachelors' theses. Evaluation of knowledge, information and principles significant for making time management within the school management more effective is an object of the research. The theoretical part of the thesis contents concepts, rules, principles and techniques of the time management based on the professional literature. The method of meta-analysis has been used to sort out the knowledge on time management in various spheres resulting from the college students' research.
