The bachelor thesis is focused on the online marketing communication of the cosmetic studio L&N beauty lounge. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, which are then used to develop an analytical part, which evaluates the current situation of the company. Based on these analysis and a questionnaire survey, own suggestions for improving online marketing communication are presented.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the international marketing mix of a Czech company entering the German market. It specifies the motives and forms of entering the foreign market and defines the individual components of the international marketing mix. It contains a suggestion for a suitable form of entry, elaboration of an international marketing mix of the company and based on a survey of competitive prices of selected products, it recommends choosing a suitable pricing strategy when entering a foreign market.
Proposal of Online Marketing Campaign for a Company Expanding on a Foreign Market

The thesis focuses on the proposal of an online marketing campaign for a company expanding into the Polish market using growth hacking and the PAVORD marketing framework. The theoretical part is devoted to definition of basic concepts in the areas of online marketing, Facebook Ads Manager and advertising campaign reporting. The analytical part is dedicated to the introduction of the project, analysis of the current state, the marketing mix of the company and research on the correlation and causality of selected metrics on the success of advertising posts. The proposal part presents how to use the collected data for campaign proposal, setting up processes for managing and evaluating ad posts trough the growth hacker app.

This diploma thesis deals with marketing communication topics of particular hairdresser’s and related risks. The work consists of theoretical background, problems analysis and current situation, description of the research itself and risk analysis. The analysis results are utilized to propose solutions which should lead to change of communication mix. The risk analysis is also applied on proposals of solutions.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou možnosti importu a následné marketingové strategie importu Bulharského produktu Kiselo Mlyako danou společností na trh České Republiky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli je tento produkt vhodný pro daný trh a jestli je tento strategický tah úspěšný. V práci jsou popsány informace důležité k provedení praktické části práce, která obsahuje analýzu trhu i společnosti, která by daný strategický návrh provedla. Práce dále obsahuje souhrn informací, které byly z jednotlivých analýz zjištěny a doporučení, které by společnost měla podstoupit. V poslední řadě je vytvořený stručný finanční plán.

Následuje analytická část a popis dnešní pandemické situace spojené s korona virem, která ovlivnila fungování společnosti Férová Palačinkárna. Na základě popsaných analýz a obdržených dat, bakalářská práce prezentuje doporučení pro zlepšení marketingové komunikace se zaměřením na zákazníky Férové Palačinkárny.

This work is focused on research of customer's satisfaction of company Gebr. Ostendorf - OSMA plastic processing s.r.o.. This company deals with manufacturing and sale of plastic sewer pipeline and operates in many countries. The aim is to analyze the level of customer's satisfaction and to suggest measures to enhance it. Work is composed of several parts. The first part contains theoretical sollutions to work. The following is an analysis of current satisfaction by questioning and evaluating questionnaires. In the last part we suggest own solution and evaluate its benefits.
