The bachelor's thesis deals with human resources management and a proposal to change the concept of human resources management in a selected company. The first part of the work is devoted to theory and theoretical starting points. In the second part, the analysis of the human resources management process in the selected company will take place. The last part contains proposals and recommendations for improving the human resources management process in the selected company in accordance with its current situation and based on theoretical knowledge.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of the development strategy of a coworking company in Ukraine in comparison with a selected coworking company in Brno. The theoretical part includes important theoretical background of the thesis to properly understand the issues in the field of management, including the concept of coworking, tools for comparison and implementation of selected tools to conduct research. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyses and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results from the analyses performed, recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company are presented in the proposal section.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the current level of employee satisfaction and motivation in the selected company and to present suggestions for their improvement. The theoretical part deals with literature search and explanation of important concepts. The analytical part of the thesis introduces the company and elaborates the chosen quantitative research strategy. This is followed by the processing and evaluation of the data obtained. The last part elaborates the actual proposed solutions that can lead to an increase in the overall job satisfaction in the company.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on problematic of the management development system in the selected company. The topic is chosen on the basics of actuality of the issue, as it deals with the development of human resources, which are still an important factor of every company, as the increased level of management has an effect on employee satisfaction and their lower fluctuation in the company. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, it defines specific type of business - franchising, deals with analysis of the company from different angles and as well dissects approaches to the management teams and therefore strengthening them. In the practical part it analyzes todays situation of the company in their franchises and compares the gained knowledge with the company’s goals. Based on the determined result it recommends possible suggestions, that could be implemented in the development of management teams.
Analysis of Manager's Approach to Leading People

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of leading people in the environment of small and medium-sized enterprises, specifically in academic start-ups and spin-offs. Using a questionnaire survey, it investigates what leadership style is most used by managers in this group of enterprises, also considering the set criteria. The pilot research shows that the most used leadership style is transformational leadership, and that there are also characteristics that when a manager possesses, his leadership is more effective. Based on these characteristics, the thesis proposes a so-called matrix of manager's characteristics.
The Innovation of Order Management in the Company

According to theoretical backgrounds, it evaluates the state of currently used methods of today's expansion strategy. Further, a management plan for systematic expansion is being proposed along with risk mitigations, stabilization of current international operations, and a proposal of a technological-information solution for data science.

The questionnaire survey helps to the analytical part examines the current motivation system of the employer and employee satisfaction. Based on the survey, options are proposed that can improe the motivation system, which lead to increase motivation and safisfaction of emploees.
