Principle of superficies solo cedit
Vrána, Tomáš ; Thöndel, Alexandr (advisor) ; Frinta, Ondřej (referee)
This thesis is focused on the superficies solo cedit principle which was already known in Roman law and which expresses the rule that the surface yields to the ground. As a result of this rule, everything that is built on the land and that grows up naturally there belongs to the owner of the land. The aim of the thesis is to describe origin and historical development of the superficies solo cedit principle, subsequently to present its current expression in the legal order of the Czech Republic and to identify its problems, and, finally, to point out the effects of the restoration of the superficies solo cedit on the Czech legal system. The thesis is divided into seven separate chapters. Chapter One describes the expression and development of the superficies solo cedit principle in the Roman law. Chapter Two particularly deals with the ABGB Code from 1811 which was valid in the area of today's Czech Republic until 1950 and which significantly influenced the current Czech Civil Code. This chapter also includes analysis of provisions dealing with superficies solo principle and other relating terms, some of which were an inspiration for current Czech legislation. Third chapter explains the reasons for abandoning of superficies solo cedit principle in Civil Code No. 141/1950 Coll. and its consequences....

Kinematics and elastokinematics of independent multi-link suspension of axle using flexible supporting elements
Vrána, Tomáš ; Kovanda, Jan (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis deals with elasto-kinematic properties of multi-link rear suspension
system, based on simulations. The creation of computational model and simulation of
elastokinematics are based on specialized modules of the HyperWorks software. The
thesis idea is to create new models and improve their properties.
The chapter introduction presents and discusses the current knowledge state in the
issue of elasto-kinematic characteristics of the vehicle suspension. Previously published
works are presented in this section. The following section defines basic terms, features
and design elements concerning the topic vehicle suspension and vehicle axle, which
can help readers to orientate in this field.
The first part of the thesis is focused on the collection of high-quality input data to
create the MBS computational model based on the real suspension components. The
determination of kinematic suspension points, experimental measurements of inertia
moments of supporting elements of the suspension and measurements of deformation
characteristics of rubber-metal bushings are presented in the thesis. There are also
measuring characteristics of force elements such as springs or shock absorbers. Then the
proposed method of measuring elasto-kinematic characteristics of the suspension using
testing machine for model validation is also introduced.
The second and main part is devoted to creating a new MBS simulation models of
multi-link rear suspension using HyperWorks system. The suspension model is
improved by successive steps, from kinematic model, through model with flexibility of
the bushings, to the complex model in which the flexible properties of all supporting
elements are reflected. The properties of the used models are described together with
arising calculation problems. The results discuss the impact of elements flexibility and
individual structural alternatives on elasto-kinematic characteristics of the suspension
system.

Activated carbon adsorption
Vrána, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Solodyankin, Kirill (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is the description of the Activated carbon adsorption. It’s here division activated carbon according to form and using. Further then description adsorption from fluent and from liquid phase on activated carbon. There are here reffered to factors influencing adsorption. At last chapter is comparing effectiveness adsorption near activated carbon, zenotil and silica gel.

Family house with an establishment
Vrána, Tomáš ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. Documents determine urban, architectural and engineering solutions, description of constructions and required information about the buildig, plans for implementation. The task of this thesis is project documentation according to solution for building construction of detached house with service establishement. The drawings were executed in AutoCad. The house is designed for year-round occupancy. This building is realised without a basement and has two floors. For the realisation of this project covered with a hipped roof we use the system Porotherm,.
