The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company TECNOTRADE OBRÁBĚCÍ STROJE s. r. o. in the years 2015-2019 and the construction of subsequent proposals for its improvement. The theoretical part will define the basic concepts and indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part, an analysis of the company using data from the theoretical part will be performed. The final part will present recommended proposals and solutions to the company's financial situation. The company's financial statements will be used for the bachelor´s thesis.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Ono stavebniny s.r.o. The first part defines the theoretical basis needed for the next second part. It presents the monitored company and the practical application of selected indicators and methods for the accounting period 2014 to 2018. The last part summarizes the most fundamental problems and then suggests changes that could improve the company's overall financial situation in the coming years.

This bachelor thesis „Evaluation of financial situation and suggestions for improvement is complex analysis and evaluation financial situation of company NAPO MORAVA, limited company in 2013 - 2017. In first part is main topic introduction with theory, description and explanation. In second, analytical part is performed financial analysis, where we can find applied first part. At the end of this work are defined steps that can eliminated current problems and help with improvement of financial situation.

Assessing Economic Situation of a Company and Proposals for Its Improvement

The presented diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of the selected company in the years 2012 to 2019. The theoretical part presents the financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part contains the results of financial indicators. Some results are then used for statistical analysis to determine the possible development of indicators in the next two years or to determine the dependence between certain indicators. The last part includes proposals to improve the current economic situation of the selected company.

This Batchelor thesis is in the main focused on a system of remuneration in the chosen company XY s.r.o. and suggestions for system improvement. The Batchelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first one, the theoretical part contains information from the sector of employee remuneration, coming from the professional literature. The second segment, the analytic one research the nowadays system of remuneration in the chosen company and the intern and extern influence, which is affecting it. The last part, the suggest one, comes from the analytic part, where are recomended new changes for inventions system of remuneration in the company XY s.r.o.
