The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Renishaw s. r. o. during the period from 2015 to 2019 and recommending steps for its improvement. The theoretical chapter defines methods and indicators that are then applied in the analytical part on the subjected company. The final chapter proposes steps for improving the weak points revealed by the analysis.

The first part summarizes all theoretical knowledge that is based on publications dealing with this topic. In the second part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration in the company is carried out. On the basis of the findings, proposals are made to improve this system, which is contained in part three.

The theoretical part presents the financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part contains the results of financial indicators. Some results are then used for statistical analysis to determine the possible development of indicators in the next two years or to determine the dependence between certain indicators. The last part includes proposals to improve the current economic situation of the selected company.
