Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrh změn ve vybrané společnosti. První část je teoretická rešerše vycházející z odborné literatury, které se zabývají zásadním tématem odměňování zaměstnanců. Na základě první části byla provedena kompletní analýza vybrané společnosti. V další časti předkládá návrhy řešení nedostatků společnosti. This bachelor’s degree work is focused on employee rewards system and a subsequent proposal of its revision in the selected company. First part is theoretical research based from professional literature which is focused on basic theme of rewarding employees. Based on the first part a complete analysis of the chosen company was made. In the next part, solutions to the flaws in the system has been proposed.
