This diploma thesis is focused to a marketing strategy for the introduction of the new product of the confectionary shop "Tak to upec". The new product is baking lessons. The basis for developing an appropriate marketing strategy is the theoretical knowledge and data obtained from selected analyzes and the use of selected marketing methods. The output of the diploma thesis is the suggestion of a specific marketing strategy in the form of expanded marketing mix.

This diploma thesis focuses on managing process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of workers in a pharmaceutical company DixonsCarphone. The main goal of this diploma thesis is based on the theoretical background and obtained information about the company, which was used for improving suggestions in selected areas. This diploma thesis describes and specifies following steps in the recruitment and subsequent area – employee adaptation.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational System in a Selected Company

This work is focused on the design of the motivation system in selected company. In the theoretical part there are described the theoretical bases concerning human resources management and employee motivation. In the practical part, there will be analyzed the current situation will be carried out from the point of view of the company and, based on the questionnaire survey, an analysis of employee satisfaction will be carried out. The obtained data will be used to evaluate the current situation in the company. At the end of the thesis there will be discussed proposals for improvement in the field of resource management in selected company.

Aversion of the Consumer/Investor to Loss

In this diplom thesis I will deal with relation between consumer and his aversion to loss. Expression of the potential risks that can describe using behavioral theories and psychological approach. The practical part will focus on the description of risk in consumers behavior as an investor. The relationship of these consumers lose due to amount of their income and practical recommendations on how to take into account the potential risks and minimize loss.
