Anglická anotace "Charity mission in the spectrum of social services in Havlíčkův Brod" Author of tis bachelor thesis shows that the mission of Charity services in the administration of Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod has an irreplaceable position in the spectrum of social services in the town of Havlíčkův Brod. This is illustrated by using the detailed listing of social services provided by individual providers of social services in the Register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which corresponds with actual situation and conclusions found in questionnaire survey among emploees and clients of the Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod and regional management representatives of other providers of social services. Brief summary of recorded knowledge can be noted that, in contrast to other providers of social services, the Regional Charity offers exclusive range of social services and pay attention to fulfilling the spiritual needs resulting from the mission Charity services as such. Legal regulation of beekeeping

67 Legal regulation of beekeeping No bees, no plants. Beekeeping is a nessesity, which warrants quantity and quality of agricultural production, that is why this section regulated by law. There is no special apicultural act in Czech republic. Legal regulation of beekeeping is divided into a few branches. Provisions, which are related to beekeeping are involved in Civil Code, Veterinary Act, Plant medicine Act, Foodstuff Act and so on. Most of provisions are involved in implementing regulations. Civil Code No. 40/1964 is concerned with statutory questions of a civil law, as a proprietary law, neighbour's rights and damages with beekeeping. Most frequent problems which the Civil Code deals with, are disputes between two neighbours, when the first one, who is afraid of bees asserts, that the other neighbour's beekeeping interferes with his owner's freedom, because he can't use his property. He may for example be allergic to bee stings. Civil jurisdiction answer the question what is a bee bothering and when is it adequate or unadequate. There are a few crimes possibly concerned with beekeeping, grounded in Criminal Code No. 140/1961. It might be felony theft, destroying another's property, and environmental leopardy. The Comparison of the Tax Book-Keeping and Financial Accounting

The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is the comparison of the tax book-keeping and financial accounting. In first part there is described the main principles both method of registration with current legislation in force in the Czech Republic. There are defined differences between them, advantages and disadvantages. In the second part is a elaborated proposal to transfer the tax book-keeping to financial accounting for the entrepreneur and evaluation this amendment to income tax.

Porovnání účinků přípravků Silvamix Agluform a VERMAKTIV stimul při obnově lesa ve vrcholových partiích Králického Sněžníku

The thesis engages in influence of Silvamix Agluform and Vermaktiv Stimul preparations on Norway spruce (Picea abies) young plantations nutrition on Kralický Sněžník area. The main goal of thesis is assessment of effect on applied preparations like treatment more rapid established plantation. On the research plots were applied to particular products and subsequently were studied their effect on health, annual increment and foliar concentration of basic nutrients. Based on mentioned analysis, it is possible say that the best results achieved fertilizer Silvamix Agluform, on research plots have also seen the positive effect of Silvamix R and Silvamix R + Stimul. The Vermaktiv Stimul failed to demonstrate the stimulation effect on Norway spruce young plantations.
