The goal of this paper is to develop a business plan for newly created company providing services in IT sector and determine if this project is viable and powerful enough to start the business. The theoretical part concentrates on important aspects and methods which are used to create a business plan. More attention is paid to corporate strategy, strategic marketing planning and financial planning. The practical part is dedicated to development of well-defined business plan which covers counselling, consulting, technical support and management of information systems based on Open Source.

Financing specifications in a church chapel

This Bachelor's Thesis concentrates on financing specifications in the Evangelical church of Czech brethren. It describes and compares particular items from profit and loss statement, mainly according to absolute indicators. The first part of the text focuses on non -- profit sector and a place of church organizations in it. Following chapters concern the mission of church organizations, their legal security and models which state and church can have. Next chapter briefly describes history and structure of the Evangelical church of Czech brethren. Theoretical part of the text is connected with practical part, which deals with financing of the chapel of Evangelical church of Czech brethren in Horní Krupá. Particular items of costs and revenues and their progress in time are analysed there. The thesis includes a comparison with a similar chapel of Evangelical church of Czech brethren in Chrudim. In the end it sums up the way of financing the chapels.

The aim if this thesis is valuation of the company Korado, a.s. on the date 31. 12. 2010 for owners of the company. This thesis consists of the theoretical part which describes methods and accounting procedures related to the valuation. The practical part contains the description of the company Korado, a.s., strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. The valuation is based on the method of discounted free cash flow to the firm.

Theoretical side of the work analyses the process of inception of a new business unit from the beginning idea, through development and ranking of business chance, to the foundation of business unit with all the necessary administrative and practical parts. The work deal with present way of the grant the business units in the Czech Republic and reasons of possible failure in business too. In practical side of the work business - concrete plan of setting up the Fat Free Pizza in Prague is developed within the financial plan in details and evaluation of profitable investment regarding the future development of this area.

Analysis of the specifics in the business of passenger road-transport

The aim of this work is to provide a concise overview of the current situation in the bus transport business, show differences in performance of large and small enterprise in this field and highlight the problems that are occurring here as well. The introductory chapters focus on theoretical problems and their characterization (such as transport policy and transport service) and methodological preparation necessary for the practical part, which pays attention to research of the actual situation of two current subjects operating on the Czech market -- DP hl. m. Praha and ČSAD Vsetín. The confrontation in using several key performance indicators (operational, technical, economic, etc.), the main base there are two companies' annual reports and internal resources provided by the employee of ČSAD Vsetín.

Inter-company Comparison of Furniture Businesses

The thesis deals with inter-company comparison of selected furniture businesses in the period of 2007-2009. It aims to define the range of companies using the methods of intercompany comparison, especially the simple method of ranking, scoring, standard variable and distance from a fictive object. Furthermore the companies are sorted into the groups by the use of the classification analysis and selected outputs graphically depicted using the spider analysis.
