Diploma thesis "Proposal for optimisation of the remuneration system and human resources management in a microenterprise" is focused on the analysis of the human resources management of the company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of fundamental concepts in this area, on the personality of the manager and his requirements, on the reward and development of employees. It also focuses on the influence of the manager and his roles. The practical part focuses on the current state of the reward system in the company, historical data and current human resource management in the company. It is aimed at providing the basis for the design of a new reward system and at improving the coordination of employee work.

Using a questionnaire survey and an interview with a company representative, it examines the key skills of managers and the effectiveness of current training and evaluation methods. In the essay of the work, gaps were identified in some areas. Based on this data, the thesis presents suggestions for minimizing the identified shortcomings.

The second part is devoted to the analysis of a specific enterprise and includes two methods of investigation thus providing an overall view of the issue under study. This section is designed to reveal potential gaps within managerial skills and their development. The final section is focused to formulating suggestions and recommendations to address the identified gaps.
