Knowledge Discovery from Spatio-Temporal Data
Liptáková, Daša ; Burgetová, Ivana (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with knowledge discovery from spatio-temporal data. Firstly, it describes the general principles of knowledge discovery and then knowledge discovery from spatio-temporal data, where it mainly focuses on methods for detecting outlying trajectories of moving objects. In the next section, the thesis describes the design and implementation of the mining task and demonstration application. Finally, several experiments are performed over three different datasets.
Application for Communication between Volunteers and Seniors
Pomkla, František ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
The Moudrá Síť app provides a platform for seniors and volunteer assistants to communicate and help seniors solve digital technology problems. The main goal of this project is to educate seniors and to increase their digital literacy. This thesis focuses also on technologies for web application development, the use of CRM systems for database development, Vercel web hosting, and web accessibility. Next, the basic principles and technologies for creating chatbots are presented. The result of the thesis is a functional web application already tested by seniors as well as a comparison of two chatbot solutions based on the GPT model and the Dialogflow platform using its knowledge base.
Checking SQL Code Properties
Bali, Filip ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This thesis focuses on checking the properties of SQL code based on static analysis using predefined rules. The rule represents a basic element of the check. The user can define their own rule and include it in the check. A rule usually contains a set of conditions that are contained in an algorithm that checks nodes in an abstract syntactic tree. Abstract syntactic tree is created from an input SQL statement and customized so that rules can be applied over its nodes. If the rule detects an error, then it can generate a report. These reports are then displayed on the selected output. Based on the thesis, an open source program in the Python3 programming language was implemented. This program is publicly available.
Web Application for Visualization of Values in Geographical Coordinates
Kašpar, Petr ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
Data visualization in maps is a technique of data presentation, which displays spatially-bound variables. The objective of this thesis is to create a web application capable of creating visualizations of data in geographic coordinates, enabling user to analyze observed phenomenon in many different levels of view, ranging from the general overview of patterns to the analysis of fine details. The Geovisto library is capable of visualization of generic data and their connections but these visualizations are limited to the territories of states and do not work with exact geographic coordinates. This is inconvenient for some kinds of data analysis and makes visualizations of data sets that work with exact coordinates impossible. I focused on extending this library by map layers capable of visualizing data in exact geographic coordinates.
Application for Change Management in the SAP System
Pavelek, Ota ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis describes implementation of HR change management processes of company ABB in ERP system SAP. Due to highly specific requirements for applications, standard component Personnel Change Request was not used. Authorized applicants have access to applications via SAP NetWeaver Portal. Approvers decide about approval or rejection of requests in Universal Worklist component of SAP NetWeaver Portal. Requests that require processing in HR Center are processed by employees of HR Center in SAP ERP. Applications that can be accessed via SAP NetWeaver portal were programmed with useage of framework Web Dynpro for ABAP. Processes are controlled by SAP Business Workflow.
Data Mining in Social Networks
Raška, Jiří ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with knowledge discovery from social media. This thesis is focused on feature based opinion mining from user reviews. In theoretical part were described methods of opinion mining and natural language processing. Main parts of this thesis were design and implementation of library for opinion mining based on Stanford Parser and lexicon WordNet. For feature identi cation was used dependency grammar, implicit features were mined with method CoAR and opinions were classi ed with supervised algorithm. Finally were given experiments with implemented library and examples of usage.
Implementation of Mining Modules of Data Mining System on NetBeans Platform
Stríž, Rostislav ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Šebek, Michal (advisor)
Data collecting plays an important role in many aspects of today's businesses and quality information is the key to success. Process called Knowledge Discovery in Databases makes possible to extract hidden information that can be used further in our efforts. Main goal of this thesis is to describe an addition to such Data Mining System. Main objective is to create data mining module for NetBeans application, developed for demonstrational purposes by Faculty of Information Technology. New module is going to be able to mine information from Oracle database server via unusual use of Genetic Algorithm. This thesis describes the whole process of module implementation, begining with theoretical basics through coding details to final testing and summary.
Maintainable Version of the ACSA Information System
Šramka, Michal ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burgetová, Ivana (advisor)
The goal of this master's thesis is creating a concept of architecture for new information system of the Academic Center for Students Activities. New information system of the Academic Center should be well documented and better maintainable. The first part deals with software maintenance and software architecture design. The second part contains analysis of current information system of Academic Center for Students Activities and also the architecture of new system is designed. The next parts are design of framework for the new system and also design of particular modules. Then there are implementation of designed parts and testing on real data.
Multi-Label Classification of Text Documents
Průša, Petr ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with automatic classifi cation of text document. It explains basic terms and problems of text mining. The thesis explains term clustering and shows some basic clustering algoritms. The thesis also shows some methods of classi fication and deals with matrix regression closely. Application using matrix regression for classifi cation was designed and developed. Experiments were focused on normalization and thresholding.
Template for Designing Fan Oriented Web Pages
Kondr, Martin ; Fröml, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and implementation of a universal template for easy creation of websites for fans of any football club. Final solution gives administrators a tool to change graphics and structural form of website using the built-in generators and includes additional functions (eq. performance evaluation of players), which often even the greatest similarly oriented sites do not have.
