V rámci této bakalářské práce je mým cílem obecné popsání ekonomických aspektů štíhlé výroby a jejího zavádění a poté analýza fungování štíhlé výroby a jejího zavádění jakožto i vlastní aplikace prvků štíhlé výroby v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části, po stručném ohlédnutí do historie štíhlé výroby, popisuji jednotlivé metody tohoto průlomového fenoménu moderní manažerské praxe. V praktické části se snažím zavést standard 5S v podniku BAEST, a. s. na pracovišti lakovna a zhodnotit již zavedené a zaváděné prvky štíhlé výroby a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současného stavu nebo ke zrychlení implementace štíhlé výroby. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny vytyčené cíle práce a popsány hlavní překážky implementace koncepce štíhlé výroby v lokálních podmínkách. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to describe economic aspects of lean production and its implementation in general and than analyze functioning and implementing lean systems in specific company along with implementation of particular lean systems in the company. In the theoretical part, after a brief glance into the history of lean production, is described each part of this breakthrough phenomenon of the modern managerial practice. In the practical part I am trying to establish a 5S standard in BAEST, a. s. company at the workplace paint shop and evaluate lean systems, that has been already established, or are being implemented and propose measures that would improve the current situation and/or would accelerate the process of lean systems implementation. At the end of the Thesis the objectives outlined are reviewed and evaluated and described the main barriers of the lean systems implementation in local conditions.
