Cílem práce je za pomocí dostupných metod analyzovat finanční situaci v podniku ZPS - Generální opravy, a.s. v letech 2005 až 2010. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je obsažen metodický aparát, druhá část řeší samotnou finanční analýzu podniku. V závěru jsou shrnuty silné a slabé stránky podniku a zhodnocen výsledek analýzy. The objective of the work is to analyze financial situation of the company ZPS - GO, a.s. in years 2006 - 2010 with the help of available methods. The thesis is divided into the two parts. First part covers methodical device, second part solves financial analysis of the company itself. In the closing part, there is sumarization of the strong and weak sides of the company and evaluation of results of the analysis.
