Bakalářská práce v teoretické části definuje, jak se sestavuje rozpočet a popisuje pojmy, které s tvorbou rozpočtu souvisejí. První oblast praktické části analyzuje hospodaření a dluhový vývoj obce za období let 2006-2009. Druhá část je zaměřena na navržení hospodaření na období let 2011-2014 včetně doporučení, které by obec mohla použít v praxi. In a theoretical part the bachelor thesis defines how draw up a budget and describes a notions, which are connected with creation of the budget. The first section of the practical part analyse a management and debit's development of the community in years 2006-2009. The second section focuses on a proposition of a management in years 2011-2014 including recommendations, which the community could uses in practice.
