V září 2011 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., zopakovalo některé otázky s tematikou restauračních zařízení, které jsou součástí výzkumného projektu Hospody a pivo v české společnosti, probíhajícího od roku 2004. V této tiskové zprávě jsou uvedeny základní výsledky otázek na preferenci typů restauračních zařízení, frekvenci a důvody jejich návštěv a pro ně typický nápoj. In September 2011 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR replicated some of the questions about gastronomical facilities, which constitute a part of research project Pubs and Beer in Czech Society that is under way since 2004. This press release maps basic results about the preferences of particular types of gastronomical facilities, motives and frequency of their attendance and typical drink.
