Hlavním cílem práce je analýza uskutečněných reforem do dolní komory parlamentu z let 1991, 1993 a 2001 v Polsku. V práci se pokusím popsat příčiny a události, vedoucí k realizaci reforem, a charakterizovat účinky, které tyto reformy měly. The thesis evaluates elections and electoral system of Poland. Main goal of this thesis is analysis of changes in electoral system in years 1991, 1993 and 2001. In this thesis I attempt to describe reasons and effects of these changes.
