Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá, jakým způsobem lze aplikovat marketingové nástroje do prostředí zubní ordinace. V teoretické části popisuji marketingovou terminologii, která se ve zdravotnictví využívá. Věnuji se analýze cílové skupiny, konkurence a marketingovému mixu. V praktické části nejdříve představím mnou vybranou ordinaci, na kterou aplikuji jednotlivé nástroje marketingu. V závěru uvedu vhodná doporučení k zlepšení marketingových aktivit zubní ordinace. The goal of this Bachelor` Thesis is how to apply marketing tools to the dental office environment. The theoritecal part deals with marketing terminology that is used in health care. I focus on the analysis of target groups, competition and marketing mix. The practical part is focused on the introduction of selected dental office to which applies the tools of marketing. In conclusion I will make appropriate recommendations to improve marketing activities in the dental office.
