Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu Velké hospodářská krize v letech 1929-1936 na vývoj v tradičních českých průmyslových odvětvích na příkladě pivovarnictví. Úvodem nastíním vývoj hospodářství v Československu po první světové válce. Zaměřím se především na obecnou charakteristiku pivovarnického průmyslu, jaké postavení zaujímal v československém hospodářství a jeho vývojové trendy do r. 1929. Následně se pak budu zabývat pronikáním Velké hospodářské krize do analyzovaného odvětví. Pokusím se analyzovat hospodářské a sociální dopady krize, které české pivovarnictví ovlivnily. Budu se zabývat především otázkami, jak se krize podepsala na výrobě, spotřebě a cenách pivovarských produktů, dále pak struktury odvětví. Práce by měla odpovědět na otázku, jaká byla strategie pivovarů v období hospodářské krize a jaký vliv na ně měly státní zásahy a protikrizová opatření. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the effect of the Great Depression in 1929-1936 on the development of traditional Czech branches of industry, illustrated on the example of brewery branch. As for the introduction, I outline a development in the Czechoslovakia after the First World War. I focus on the general characteristics of brewery industry, its role in the Czechoslovak economy and its development trends dated till 1929. I follow to study the Great Depression leaking into the analyzed branch. I try to analyze the economic and social impacts of the crisis that influenced the Czech brewery. Above all I deal with the questions how the crisis influenced the production, consumption and the prices of brewing products, followed by structure of the branch. The thesis should answer the question what the strategy of the brew-houses in the period of economic crisis was and to what degree state interferences and anti-crisis measures influenced them.
