Práce se zabývá zachycením a analýzou změn, které jsou odrazem dění v 21. století, a kterými komerční komunikace hotelového průmyslu prochází. Jejím cílem je nastínit a analyzovat změny zákazníků i trhů, se kterými se hotelové společnosti musí vyrovnat, a na jejich základě zmapovat a zhodnotit nové trendy v komunikaci v hotelnictví. Dalším cílem práce je zmapovat a zhodnotit komunikační aktivity vybraného hotelu, zjistit, zda hotel komunikuje efektivně a v souladu s novými trendy, a následně navrhnout vhodná opatření k vylepšení komunikace. The thesis deals with depicting and analysis of changes occuring in 21st century which are determining commercial communications in hotel industry. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to reveal and analyze the changes in market and consumer's behaviour which hotel companies have to deal with. Consequently, on this basis, recent trends in commercial communication are analyzed. The second purpose of this thesis is to map and analyze communication activities of chosen hotel and find out whether the hotel communicates effectively and in accordance with the new trends. Finally the measures for improving commercial communications are suggested.
