[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá oblastí internetového poradenství, tedy oborem, od jehož vzniku ještě neuplynulo ani deset let. Internetovým poradenstvím je myšleno odvětví zahrnující online propagaci, konzultace k technické kvalitě a použitelnosti webových stránek, měření a optimalizaci jejich obchodní výkonnosti. Nejedná se tedy o poradenství z jiných oblastí (sociální, zdravotní, ekonomické) pouze využívající jako formu komunikace internet, byť se i pro tuto činnost používá stejné označení. Cílem práce je definovat obor poradenství v oblasti tvorby a propagace webových stránek, a zmapovat ho nejen z odborného, ale také z podnikatelského a ekonomického hlediska. Praktická případová studie v druhé části vychází z individuálních rozhovorů s klíčovými zaměstnanci společnosti H1.cz s.r.o. a také z mé vlastní více než pětileté praxe při provozování této firmy, která byla jedním z prvních českých subjektů podnikajících v tomto odvětví. Při jejím založení, rozvoji a nakonec i prodeji jsem z pozice majitele načerpal jak teoretické znalosti odborného aspektu poradenství a realizace konzultačních služeb, tak praktické zkušenosti s provozem firmy jako takové. Tato zkušenost mi v kontextu studia informačních technologií na škole s ekonomickým zaměřením připadá pro závěrečnou práci příhodná. Text jsem rozdělil do následujících částí: - Definice internetového poradenství jako oboru. Cílem této části je teoreticky zmapovat oblast internetového poradenství z odborného hlediska a popsat jednotlivé specializace a dílčí činnosti, ze kterých se skládá. Jedná se o první takto komplexní popis daného oboru v českém jazyce. - Specifika poradenství jako podnikatelské činnosti. Tato kapitola stručně popisuje poradenskou činnost jako typ podnikání a její specifika odlišující ji od ostatních odvětví. - Případová studie společnosti H1.cz. Třetí část mapuje jednotlivé činnosti v podniku (management, marketing, obchod, finance atd.) zaměřeném právě na internetové poradenství. Věnuje se také otázce založení a prodeje společnosti, jakožto neoddělitelné součásti podnikání. Po přečtení práce by si měl čtenář udělat nejen zevrubný přehled v oblasti tvorby a propagace internetových stránek, ale také v provozování firmy v tomto novém odvětví. Na dané téma zatím neexistuje žádný ucelený zdroj, a tato práce by se proto mohla stát východiskem pro každého, kdo uvažuje o podnikání, v němž hraje internet stěžejní roli.This dissertation is focused on internet consultancy, which is a branch younger than ten years. By internet consultancy we mean the area covering online promotion, consultations in the field of technical quality and usability of web pages, measuring and optimization of their commercial performance. Thus we do not mean the consultancy in other fields (e.g. social, health, economic) just using the internet as its form of communication, even though the same name is used for this activity, as well. The goal of this dissertation is to define the branch of consultancy in the field of creation and promotion of web pages and map it from technical, entrepreneurial and economical point of view. The case-study in the second part is based on the individual interviews with the key employees and on my more than five years long praxis with running the company H1.cz s.r.o., which was one of the first Czech companies running a business in this area. Its foundation, development and finally also sale provided me as a founder with both theoretical knowledge of the technical aspect of consultancy and realization of services and practical experience with running a company itself. In connection with my studies of information technologies at the university with economical focus I consider this experience very favorable for this dissertation. I have divided the text into following parts: - Definition of the internet consultancy as a branch. The goal of this part is to theoretically map the area of internet consultancy from the technical point of view and to describe the particular specializations and tasks that it consists of. - Specialties of consulting as a type of an entrepreneurial activity. This chapter briefly describes the consulting work as a type of business and its specificity comparing to other areas. - Case-study of the company H1.cz. The third part maps the particular activities in a company (management, marketing, sales, finance etc.) focused on internet consultancy. It also addresses the question of foundation and sale of the company as an inseparable part of entrepreneurship. By reading this dissertation one should obtain a detailed overview in the area of creation and promotion of web pages as well as in running a business in this young and dynamic branch. There is no complex source in the market related to this topic and so I hope this dissertation could become a starting point for everyone considering foundation of his own company in the internet field.
