[cze][eng] Diplomové práce se věnuje marketingu města Bruntál. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzování marketingového mixu města Bruntál, dílčí cíl je sestavení doporučení pro rozvoj města. V úvodní části práce bude vysvětlen pojem marketing měst a obcí a budou zde uvedeny základní souvislosti týkající se městského marketingu. Následovat bude analýza nejdůleţitějších prvků marketingového mixu města -- produktu, materiálního prostředí, komunikačního mixu a prvku lidé. V rámci práce bude proveden marketingový výzkum zaměřený na zjištění spokojenosti obyvatel s životem ve městě Bruntál. V závěrečné části práce budou uvedeny doporučení a návody na zlepšení využívání prvků marketingového mixu vedením města.The thesis presents marketing of Bruntal. The main goal is to analyze the marketing mix of Bruntal and the secondary goal is to compile a recommendation that would support development of the city. At the beginning of the thesis there will be explained conception of municipality marketing and basic context concerning this topic. Afterwards the analysis of the most important city marketing elements (product, material surroundings, promotion and people) will be introduced. There will be conducted survey research focused on revealing inhabitant's satisfaction with life in Bruntal. At the end of the thesis recommendations and suggestions how to improve usage of the marketing mix will be given.
