Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu 5 nejúspěšnějších podniku podle časopisu "Fortune 500": Procter&Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Hewlett-Packard, Abbott, General Electric a zjistit klíčové principy na kterých se zakládá jejich organizační kultura. Teoretická část představuje obecné pojetí organizační kultury, její elementy a způsoby vytvoření. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody (dotazník, rozhovory) na vybrané společnosti a dále jsou zjištěny cíle, které se snaží dosáhnout dané společnosti a klíčové principy na kterých se zakládá jejích organizační kultura. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the analysis of the most effective companies: Procter&Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Hewlett-Packard, Abbott, General Electric and to identify the fundamental principles of corporate culture.
