Témou diplomovej práce je lobing v krajinách Višegrádskej štvorky. Práca sa delí na dve časti a to teoretickú a praktickú. Diplomová práca v teoretickej časti uvádza súvislosti so samotným pojmom lobing a jeho formami, potom vymedzenie lobingu voči korupcii, problematiku záujmových skupín, ktorá s lobingom taktiež súvisí a možnosti regulácie lobingu. V praktickej časti práca obsahuje podrobný rozbor zákonov o lobingu v Poľsku a Maďarsku a návrhov zákonov v Slovenskej republike a Českej republike a na záver komparatívnu analýzu týchto noriem. Cieľom diplomovej práce je bližšie sa zamerať na jednotlivé regulačné prvky v rámci legislatívnej úpravy lobingu v krajinách Višegrádskej štvorky a pomocou komparácie viac priblížiť podobnosti a rozdiely v jednotlivých zákonoch a návrhoch zákonov. Tématem diplomové práce je lobbing v zemích Višegrádské čtyřky. Práce se dělí na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou. Diplomová práce v teoretické části uvádí souvislosti se samotným pojmem lobbing a jeho formami, pak vymezení lobbingu vůči korupci, problematiku zájmových skupin, která s lobbingem také souvisí a možnosti regulace lobbingu. V praktické části práce obsahuje podrobný rozbor zákonů o lobbování v Polsku a Maďarsku a návrhů zákonů v Slovenské republice a v České republice a na závěr komparativní analýzu těchto norem. Cílem diplomové práce je blíže se zaměřit na jednotlivé regulační prvky v rámci legislativní úpravy lobbyingu v zemích Višegrádské čtyřky a pomocí komparace více přiblížit podobnosti a rozdíly v jednotlivých zákoneh a návrzích zákonů. The main topic of this diploma thesis is lobbying in the countries of the Visegrad Group. The thesis is structured into two parts: practical and theoretical. The theoretical part addresses topics such as connection between lobbying as a term and its forms, determination of lobbying against corruption, interest groups problematic, which are also closely related to lobbying. In addition, the ways of regulating lobbying are also discussed in this part. In the practical part, lobbying laws in Poland and Hungary are thoroughly analysed together with drafts of laws in the Slovak and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, a comparative analysis was conducted in order to find similarities and differences between those norms. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a closer look at the individual regulatory elements of legislative regulation of lobbying in the countries of the Visegrad Group, as well as to identify similarities and differences between laws and drafts of laws by comparison.
