Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit marketing ve zdravotnictví a prozkoumat ho v konkrétní zdravotnické příspěvkové organizaci Rehabilitační ústav Kladruby. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na marketing a ekonomiku ve zdravotnictví a největší prostor zaujímá rozpracování jednotlivých nástrojů marketingového mixu. Poslední kapitola patří organizaci a řízení marketingu ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Praktická část je věnována Rehabilitačnímu ústavu Kladruby, kde na úvod je zmíněna historie, současnost, ekonomické a personální údaje společně se strukturou a rozsahem péče. Následuje navázání na první část, konkrétní aplikace marketingového mixu a systémy léčby v Rehabilitačním ústavu Kladruby. Na závěr jsou navrženy konkrétní rady a doporučení. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate marketing in health service and to examine it in a health allowance organization, the Rehabilitation center Kladruby. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the marketing and economy in health service and the great deal of the thesis is devoted to instruments of the marketing mix. The last chapter deals with organization and management of marketing in health service organizations. The practical part is focused on the Rehabilitation center Kladruby, the history of the institute, present situation, economic and human resource information, structure of this institute and range of care. Then the thesis links up the first part, particular application of marketing mix and the systems of treatments in Rehabilitation center Kladruby. In conclusion there are suggested the specific advice and recommendations.
